Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Ongrid Solar Power Plant of 50 KW including Solar Panels, Solar Inverter, Module Mounting Structure and comprising of following:- (i) Solar PV module AR coated antimony free glass material with connecting Junction box all as specified. The quantitiy shall be as per plant capacity. (ii) Grid tied inverters 3 phase 25 KW and 50 HZ each having 02 separate MPP tracker with SPD glass, surge protection devices having efficiency 98% graphical display - inbuilt LED interface with RS 485 and compatible for online monitoring system suitable for Ambient temperature of Porbandar, protection IP 65, Overvoltage / under voltage protection all as specified. (iii) DC Solar distribution Box to collect the DC output from Array junction Box and supply to Inverter weatherproof for outdoor applications and including MCB / MCCB of proper rating depending upon the cap of the power plant complete all as specified make :- L&T/ Schneider / Siemens-01 set (iv) AC Solar distribution Box to collect the DC output from Array junction Box and supply to Inverter weatherproof for outdoor applications and including MCB / MCCB of proper rating depending upon the cap of the power plant complete all as specified make :- L&T / Schneider / Siemens 01 set (v) Grid interfacing unit having MCCB cap 80 amp 4 pole 25 KA microprocessor based all as specified Make :- ABB / Schneider / L&T / Siemens 01 each set (vi) AC / DC cables as per site requirement 1 Set , (vii) Online monitoring system Make: - GOODWE/SOLIS and Ksolare. (viii) Panel manufacturer should be as per Latest ALMM approved list. Panel must be Mono Crystalline and minimum 380wp or more of Redren/CITIZEN/VIKRAM or equivalent make.

(ix) Bi direcional 3 phase DLMS type integrated meter with inbuilt CT& GSM Modem energy meter having LCD display,50 Hz ± 5%,Provision of sealing on mains cover and terminal cover, IP 51,tamper information, inbuilt battery back up to active its display in absence of power. Optical port for local communication, Optional RS232 port on RJ-11 for remote communication, in built memory for load survey data. Class 0.5s, (3X 240V (P-N), -/5A) Make : secure /HPL /L&T (x) Hot dip galvanized MS /Aluminum mounting structure for mounting of modules / array / panels etc ,such structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to take max insolation , mounting structure shall be designed to withstand the speed of 150 KM per hour be designed , fasting arrangements grouting , clamping etc be provided to secure the installation against specific wind complete all as specified. The mounting structure steel shall be as per latest IS, and galvanization of the mounting structure shall be in compliance. Structural material shall be corrosion resistant and electrolytically compatiable with the materials used in the Module frame. The nuts, bolts and fasteners used shall be of mild steel. The structures shall be designed to allow easy replacement of any module. Note :- 1. Entire work of solar power plant shall be got executed from specialist firms. The cost of applicable charges i.e., registration fees, DISCOM connectivity charges etc / permission from GEDA etc all as reqd deemed to include in rate One year free O&M is included in quoted Rate. 2. PCC foundation if reqd shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 3. MoU shall be submitted by contractor with solar power firm.

Supply ,install, testing and commissioning Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric underground power cable with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core suitable for working on 1100 Volts, laid in trenches, in floor, in ducts, through pipe or along pole complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, PCC protection cover, GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.

Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of size 90 mm outer dia and 75 mm inner dia conforming to IS 16205 Part -24 Including necessary bends, coupling, tees, reducers, spacers, end caps, rubber rings etc having pressure rating not less than 450 N through trenches/wall/floor/on pole in any type of soil for protection of electric cable complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation pipe line cable etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm deep as in soil complete as specified.

Removing excavated material (soil/ rock) to distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point,complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing PCC floor/road/foot path not exeeding 15cm width,30 cm depth for laying of UG cable/protection of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, Benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, saucer drain(including finishing top surface of drain even and smooth without using extra cement), water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Bore Earthing, 150 mm bore for earthing with maintenance free chemical earthing using copper electrode of size 19 mm dia -01 No, 3 m long, Copper earth strip, excavation and earth work, back fill with compound (Chemical for earth enhancer gel 2 x 25Kg) -01 set. all as directed, shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. Note: (i) IR Value should be less than 1.0 ohm. (ii) Copper earth stip of size 32 x 6 mm including installation 7.5 Mtr (Copper purity not less than 99%) is deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) Suitable FRP Chamber should be included in the unit rate.

Copper strip 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws, insulators etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
