Replacement of Damaged Jack Bus Bars of AAC Tarantula Conductors of 220KV Bus Coupler Bay and for replacement of old 220KV CVTs of class 1 accuracy by CVTs of 0.2 class accuracy alongwith other associated works at 400KV Substation, Bareilly with all cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumable, T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of the works as per Technical Specification and direction of the Supervising Engineer as per site requirement and details given below.

Opening of Existing/Old/Damaged Jumpers of AAC Tarantula Conductors between Jack Bus to 220KV Bus Coupler CT and Jack Bus to 220KV Bus Coupler Breaker. (01 Job for each Phase)

De-Stringing & Dismantling of Existing/Damaged 220KV Jack Bus Bar of spare 54 meters approx. of AAC Tarantula Conductors of 220KV Bus Coupler Bay passing over 220KV Main Bus Bar I & II including De-Hoisting of Disc Insulators String, Tension fitting etc. between Gantry to Gantry in 220KV Bus Coupler Bay alongwith shifting of the dismantled materials from work site to store at the substation as per details. (01 Job for each Phase)

Laying & Re-Stinging of 220KV Jack Bus of Twin ACSR Moose conductors of 220KV Bus Coupler Bay passing over 220KV Main Bus Bar I & II including hoisting of Disc Insulators String, Tension fitting etc. between Gantry to Gantry in 220KV Bus Coupler alongwith shifting of the New Conductors, fitting, Clamps, Connectors etc. to be provided by the Department as per requirement from store at the Substation to the work site as per details below.(01 Job for each Phase)

Re-Jumpering with ACSR Moose Conductors between New 220KV Jack Bus to 220KV CT and New 220KV Jack Bus to 220KV Bus Coupler Breaker with the help of Clamps & Connectors to be provided by the Department as per requirement alongwith shifting of the new conductors, clamps, connectors etc. from store at the substation to work site.(01 Job for each Phase)

Dismantling of old & obsolete class 1 accuracy 220KV CVT at 220KV Main Bus Bar I & II including opening jumpering & all control cable connection, cutting of earthing MS Flat by electric welding one by one and removing out all cable and lifting of 220KV CVT from structure base by suitable capacity Hydra provided by the contractor.

Shifting of New 220KV CVT from Store/suitable place to site.

Shifting of Old 220KV CVT from site to Store/suitable place.

Erection of new 220KV CVT at 220KV Main Bus Bar I & II including lifting of 220KV CVT from ground to structure base by suitable capacity Hydra and tightening of CVT base with structure by suitable size of nut bolt & washers. Termination of all control cable connection, cutting and bending of earthing existing MS Flat by electric welding and proper jumpering & tightening one by one.
