Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone scrrning/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-2 as per technical specification clause 405 by manual means

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 40. to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects) for grading II (19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous concrete (Proding and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH bath type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crused aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth, wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 comp in all respects for grading-II (Bituminous binder @ 5.4% of mix)

Proving and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thck including reflectoriing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thckness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing Bi-directional road studs (Cat Eye)/reflective pavement marker (RPM) with single body twin shank and platic body moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIP (Hi-impact polystyrene) or ABS (Acrylonitrite butadiene Styrene) or any other suitable material approved by Engineer in charge (Marker must support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and reflective lenses conforming to ASTM D 788 or equvalent) bonded or anchored within the round surfance for lane marking and delineation for night time visbility as per clause no. 1707 of MORD and 804 of MORTH

Cleaning of the existing WBM surface and laying 2 cm thick premix carpet over a tak coat (including cost of tack coat) with graded approved grit and bitumen including heating the bitumen to the required temperature and mixing either in mixer or in hand-drums, including cartage of materials, maintenance of side patries and watering them during operation for proper completion of the work including supply of all labour, material, machine, T&P etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with VG-30 grade bitumen.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levals, grade and cross fall using bitumen VG-30 grade.
