Part - I

Providing weather-proof top covering along with 3Dimensional Art Décor at ESG Multiplex Theatre Open Area (Main Red Carpet Area). 1. The Red Carpet Area should have artistic concept in the open area of ESG Multiplex featuring weatherproof, artistically designed open-air décor with seamless masking and no exposed or unfinished elements, ensuring a visually flawless experience. 2. Complete Lighting of Art Décor Installations, Red Carpet Area, and Sufficient Spot Lights as per the Red Carpet proposal. 3. Red Carpet of 5.00 mm thickness (a) with M.S frame and wooden platform of height 0.6ft of size 99 ft x 12 ft (b) From ESG Multiplex Entrance to Lounge (64 ft x 8ft) 4. Mojo Barricading or with suitable similar arrangement (Double Lane) with Black Colour masking on both the sides of the Red Carpet Area. with Mechanism to restrict public movement across the red carpet during red carpet event using. 5. Sufficient Lighting of the entire Red Carpet Area suitable for photography and photo opp opportunity on the red carpet with suitable frame. 6. Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at ESG Multiplex Theatre entrance gate. a) Horizontal Beam on top of the entrance gate with printing, lettering, logos in suitable colours including printing – 1 No. b) Complete lighting of the entire Art Décor installations. 7. Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at GMC Building – Opp ESG Multiplex Theatre (Main Red Carpet) with complete lighting of the Art Décor installations. 8. Sound arrangement for red carpet announcement with minimum 05 nos of cordless/wireless microphones as per requirement including sound operator. The sound system shall be nicely placed at assigned location.

Providing Star Matt Flex printing of size 22ft 8” x 10 ft -1 No. at Red Carpet media room with backlit lighting with suitable frame and lighting of the entire room, Mojo Barricading (single lane) on one side with masking, branding and printing on both sides.

Providing partition with Star Matt Flex printing of size 7 ft 8” x 10 ft -1 No. near GMC entrance with suitable frame with masking, branding and printing on both sides (Art work to be proposed by Vendor)

Providing weather-proof top covering with 3Dimensional Art Décor at GMC Red Carpet main Entrance. 1. The Vendor has to design the Art Décor at Red Carpet Entrance and the complete Red Carpet Entrance should be nicely designed, installations of Award Type structure or similar structure etc., clearly depicting Goa State Film Festival 2025 with theme “ 75 Years of Goan Cinema” 2. Complete lighting of Art Décor Installations and Red Carpet Entrance Area. 3. Queue Managers on both the sides of the Red Carpet – 20 nos. Red Carpet of 5 mm thickness with suitable platform. 4. Mojo Barricading or with suitable similar arrangement (Double Lane) with Black Colour masking on both the sides of the Red Carpet Area. 5. Star Matt Flex Printing of size 37 ft 5 inches x 8 ft with suitable frame with backlit lighting (Art Work to be proposed by Vendor) 6. Weather proof Media Platform with 3 level platform risers to accommodate 100 media persons at the Red Carpet. 7. Additional Red Carpet of 5 mm thickness inside GMC Building Entrance to Corridor Area. 8. Sound arrangement for red carpet announcement with minimum 05 nos. of cordless/wireless microphones as per requirement including sound operator. The sound system shall be nicely placed at assigned location.

Providing weather-proof top covering with 3 Dimensional Weather Proof Art Décor at Maquinez Palace (Auditorium Entrance). 1. Entrance Design complementing the façade of the building using two 3D Installations. 2. Red Carpet with 5 mm thickness from Maquinez Palace Art Décor installation to Auditorium No. 1 & 2. 3. Queue Managers on both the sides of Red Carpet – 60Nos. Adequate lighting of the entire Art Décor installations and at Red Carpet as proposed by vendor.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor installations at Maquinez Lawns, ESG Entrance Gate Lawn, ESG Office Open Area or any other suitable location (on various themes on Goan Cinema, with complete lighting of all the Art Décor Installations as required. The Art Installations should also serve as photo opp. The vendor will recommend suitable locations for installations in keeping with delegate density, photo opp, visibility of installations etc. (4 or More designs).

Customized Podium with masking, printing and branding. (Art Work to proposed by vendor) The locations of the podium will be finalized by ESG.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor at ESG Entrance. 1. Depicting 75 years of Goan Cinema as required – 2 nos (Left & Right Side) 2. Horizontal Beam on the entrance & exit gate with printing, lettering, logos in suitable colours including printing (double side) – 1 Nos. 3. Complete lighting of the entire Art Décor installations as required.

ESG Hoarding Mounting & Pasting Size 44ft x 14ft

Providing Artistic, Conceptualized Self- standing sign boards, single sided to ensure stability and wind pressure of size 6’ x 3’ as per requirement of ESG

Fabrication & erection of whether proof Food Stalls / Handicraft Stalls. The stall size will be 10 feet depth and 10 feet height on left and right side duly flex on both sides of the frames which is the inner wall and the outer wall. The backwall will be 10 feet height x 10 feet width with one side flex and the back side black masked. The roof will need to be slanted from 10 feet high back wall to the front 10 feet wall with flex on both sides of frame. A table of 6x2 feet and 2.5 feet high will need to be provided and to be masked on front and one side in 6 feet width x 3 feet height. The stall will need to be carpeted with grey or blue colour. Each stall will have 2 chairs, 1 fire extinguisher, 1 dustbin, Pedestal Fan, One 15/5 amp power socket and one tube light The location will be finalized in consultation with ESG.

Providing 196 Nos. Of pole pennants with artistic concept of minimum size 6'x3' with suitable frame/support as required to ensure stability. The bottom of every pole pennant must be of clear height of 16 feet from the ground to avoid inconvenience to high vehicles and firmly secured including lighting for each Pole Pennants

Road Installation: Providing Art Décor with 3 Dimensional installations (i) GSFF Logo with Decor – 1 No. (ii) ESG Logo with Décor – 1 No. (iii) 3D installatons as per proposed theme – 2 Nos. with complete black masking on back side of the Art Installations and supports as required with complete lighting of the installations as required at Divja Circle.

LIGHTING

Providing illumination scheme with different lighting/ intelligent lighting effect, as per design proposed by agency for various installations as per the scope of work for all Art Décor Installation, proposed by the vendor, lighting of entire ESG Complex and façade lighting of all buildings/ structures inside the complex. The designer and light supplier will need to ensure that long sturdy cabling is provided in certain areas where the generator will be placed far away from the installations at a pre-determined locations as specified by ESG. The cost towards the lighting and all other charges must be included by the vendor and no additional charges shall be paid as per the design proposed.

Design & Supply of Memento as per the design proposed by the vendor, Each memento to be placed in the box for firm placement of memento. The design and material to be approved by ESG before production. (4 or More designs).

Design & Supply of 22 mm width satin finish heat transfer polyester Lanyard with Length 38 inches with Imported Oval Dog Hook (Premium) + Breakaway + Buckle with multicolor printing on both sides. The design will be approved by ESG.

Part - II

Entrance Design complementing the façade of the building using two 3D Installations. 2. Red Carpet with 5 mm thickness from Maquinez Palace Art Décor installation to Auditorium (VIP Entry) 3. Queue Managers on both the sides of Red Carpet – 60 Nos. Adequate lighting of the entire Art Décor installations and at Red Carpet as proposed by vendor. 4. Providing Weather proof Media Platform with 3 level platform risers to accommodate 100 media persons at the Red Carpet.

Complete lighting of the entire Art Décor installations as required.

VIP LOUNGE Setup with Branding at Opening and Closing ceremony venue. The VIP lounge shall have 4 luxurious sofa sets in white leather finish with 8 wooden tea poys and glass top of size 3 ft x 1.5 feet and 2 six feet long wooden banquet tables with covers.5mm guage Grey carpet will need to be placed as a permanent fixture in the room and Star Matt Flex Hoarding of Size 10ft X 8ft.

Opening Ceremony: a) Providing 02 nos of celebrity compeers (1male & 1 Female), b) Celebrity dance performance – 02 Nos (max 30 mins for both the performances), c) Musical performances – 02 nos (Celebrity Singers with Minus One track of max 30 mins each performance), d) Comedy Act – 02 nos, scripting, direction, and overall event management by the agency. Note: Sound and lighting arrangements shall be provided as per the requirements of the performances, along with generator backup for the entire venue, covering sound, lighting, air-conditioning, and other essential services. Note: Out of dance 02 nos, and musical performance 02 Nos (Singer), one should be renowned Goan Performance and one national celebrity in each category. In case of national celebrity singer He/She should have 5 films to his credit. The comperes should be well-versed in Konkani, Marathi and English Languages.

Closing Ceremony: a) Providing 02 nos of celebrity compeers (1male & 1 Female), b) Celebrity dance performance – 02 nos (max 30 mins for both the performances), c) Musical performances – 02 nos (Celebrity Singers with Minus One track of max 15 mins each performance), d) Comedy Act – 02 nos, scripting, direction, and management and creating Audio Visual for nominations and others of totally 30 mins for the award distribution and overall event management by the agency. Note: Sound and lighting arrangements shall be provided as per the requirements of the performances, along with generator backup for the entire venue, covering sound, lighting, air-conditioning, and other essential services. Note: Out of dance 02 nos, and musical performance 02 nos (Singer), one should be renowned Goan Performance and one national celebrity in each category. In case of national celebrity singer He/She should have 5 films to his credit. The comperes should be well-versed in Konkani, Marathi and English Languages.

Providing Housekeeping (6 Nos) and Security Services (4 Nos). For Opening and Closing Ceremony
