Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand / p-sand for backfilling after installing the grease trap, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Supplying and fixing in position LLDP ready to use Grease Trap of approved make supreme or equilvalent for underground installation, specified capacity, inlet and outlet size as specified, with two chambers, removable bucket for settlable heavy particles, grease outlet etc complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm nb CPVC ball valve SDR 11 of approved make supreme or equivalent

Providing, laying and jointing unplasticized PVC pipes and specials of working pressure as mentioned below conforming to IS:4985 including cost of necessary jointing materials, labour for excavation of trenches, testing, refilling etc. complete all as per specifications.

Construction of Inspection chamber of internal clear dimensions as mentioned below in 230mm thick brick masonry using first class country brick walls in CM 1:3 over a bed of 150mm thick 1:2:4(20mm metal) cement concrete, plastering with CM 1:2, 12mm thick on internal, external, top surfaces and internal and exposed top surfaces finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 for benching, channeling, providing and fixing light single seal CI frame and cover as mentioned below conforming to IS 1726, CC 1:2:4 for fixing the CI frame and cover, painted with 3-coats of anticorrosive black bitumastic paint, encasing sewers connection to chamber in CC 1:2:4 etc. Complete all as specified and directed. (Ref. Fig.No.CED:PH8.6 of PH Engg. Specification) Note: CC 1:2:4 in the above Item is by using 20mm graded granite aggregate obtained from approved quarry.
