Terms and conditions
The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge.
The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work.
Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works.
The work should be completed in the stipulated period.
The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage
1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor.
GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor.
