ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT

1.0 Box cutting the road surface to proper slop and camber for making a base for 1.00 Cum 0

road work including removing the excaveted stuff and despositing on the road

side slope as directed up to 50 mt. Lead.

2.0 Preparing surface by Brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. 1.00 Sqm 0

sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunney bags

to remove all loose dirt etc.(ii) Black top surface.

3.0 Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet 1.00 Cum 0

mix macadam as per MORT and H specification including premixing the material

with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tippers

to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well

prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired

4.0 Providing and applying priming coat using Slow Setting Emulsion Asphalt at the 1.00 Sqm 0

rate of 7.5 kg. / 10 sq.m. on water bound macadam / W.M.M. surface including

cleaning the surface etc. complete.

5.0 Providing and Laying 37.5 mm thick Bituminous Macadam with B.T. Aggregate 1.00 M.T. 0

as per MORT and H specification and asphalt grade VG-30 (60-70) for tack coat

2.5 Kg. 10 Sq.m. on B.T surface With Mechanical Sprayer and Bitumen Grade

VG-30 (60-70) for mixing 34.00 Kg. M.T. i.e. 3.40 percentage of total weight of

mix including heating and mixing the aggregate and asphalt in continuous

batching drum mix plant and spreading the same by paver finisher and

consolidation with vibratory roller including providing all materials equipments,

tools and plants, fire wood, oil, kerosene, labour charges etc. complete using

contractors own machinery drum mix plant and paver finisher etc. complete.

6.0 Providing and Laying 25 mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Carpet with B.T. 1.00 M.T. 0

aggregate as per M.O.R.T. and H. gradation and asphalt grade VG-30 60-70 for

tack coat 2.5 Kg. 10 Sq.m. on B.T surface With Mechanical Sprayer and

bitumen grade (VG-30) for mixing 50.00 Kg M.T. i.e. 5.0 percentage by weight

of total mix including heating and mixing the aggregate and asphalt by

continuous batching of drum mix plant and spreading the same by paver finisher

and consolidation with power roller, including providing all materials equipments,

tools and plants, oil, kerosene, firewood, labour charges etc. complete using

contractors own machineries drum mix plant and paver finisher etc. complete.

7.0 Providing and Laying Asphalt Painting on B.T. surface with bitumen VG - 30 at 1.00 Sqm 0

the rate of 5 Kg. per 10 sqm. By Mechanical sprayer and spreading of stone

dust on painting surface of the road at the rate of 0.03 Cmt per 10 Sq.m. with

brooming etc. complete.
