CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, SOAKAGE WELL, MANHOLE, MANHOLE COVER UNDER AGE BR II AT GE CLEMENT TOWN, DEHRADUN.

Amount

Dewatering of sewage water from septic tank/soakage well /manhole of any size, depth and capacity by means of sewage tanker fitted with pump (5000 Ltr capacity) and disposing off out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for desuldging of septic tank/soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet or manually as required, including effluent, solids and sludge out of MoD land including removing the septic tank/soakage well covers and reinstating to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Measurement will be taken only after dewatering of tank & solid content shall be measured.

M&L for cleaning of manhole of any size and depth including cleaning the mouth of inlet and outlet pipes by taking out accumulated soil, sludge etc mechanically or manually including removing the manhole covers and reinstating to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blockage of EWC/IWC/urinal and floor/gully traps of bathroom and kitchen by getting out all mud/sludge, cleaning of sewage pipe upto first manhole and depositing the sludge in barrow pits of suitable size to a distance as directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100/150/200mm internal dia at any depth through manholes by removing the manhole covers, by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine or manually as required at site, getting out sludge and liquid materials from connecting manholes and sewer line, flushing with water after cleaning, reinstating the manhole cover to the original position and removing the solids and sludge out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed (Note : Cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines and manholes in same line is included in rate of this item) Notes for item Nos 1 to 5 :- (a) Minimum 02 person will be present on all working days 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs and report to AGE B/R-II Sub Div for collecting the complaints. The complaints shall be submitted back after attending on the same day. (b) If contractor's representative (Safaiwala) do not report daily, an amount of Rs 450/- per day will be deducted from the contractor's payment for the absent period.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in any type of soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm internal dia of pipe reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1, incl demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed with thickness of bed below the barrel of pipe as 100mm thick and width of bed as 480mm to sewage pipes of 150mm internal dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 200mm internal dia of pipe reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1, incl demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of 200mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in bed with thickness of bed below the barrel of pipe as 150mm thick and width of bed as 550mm to sewage pipes of 200mm internal dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 150mm internal dia of pipe salt glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed in cm (1:1) including demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for concrete bed in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed with thickness of bed below the barrel of pipe as 100mm and width of bed as 450mm to sewage pipes of 150mm internal dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for honey comb brick work with sub class 'B' in one brick thick old size bricks straight or curved on plan n. exc 6m mean redius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, retaining wall etc on the top of the brick masonary including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path/hardstanding laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete including filling the joints with mastic compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs, shelves supported on walls, beams and columns in floor or roof including balconies, canopies, deck slabs or in Chajja/facia projection and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab and similar work n. exc 200mm thick (horizental or sloping) rough finished flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete (factory made) 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes /drain covers etc), shelves and similar articles (shape and size as directed) with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F mild steel framed work as8 Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or Manhole Cover ,other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of stesheetinorother covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing comp in manhole cover frames conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric weight n. exc 4 Kg per Sqm suitable to weld with steel members complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm Width /Girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid, joint free, coloured ceramic tiles of size 300x300 8-9mm thick (Square/Rectunglar), as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles laid with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and jointed with approved solvent/adhesive and fixed to floor/wall or laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating including jointing with solvent cement to waste pipe 75 mm dia with dia of outlet 75mm complete all as specified and directed.
