M & L for Monthly servicing including taking out complete air filters from ceiling suspended type AHU carefully and cleaning including arrangement of scaffolding/ladder for removing dust by using pressure water, greasing shaft and bearings, alignment of blower motor, tightening of blower V belt and refixing filters after drying all as specified and directed . Note :- Replacement of Air Filter shall be resposibility of contractor if damage occur while removing or refixing.

M & L for Monthly Servicing to the indoor unit Fan Coil Unit clean with mild Air blower in the coil side including arrangement of scaffolding/ladder for remove the inside fine filter, cleaning and fix in proper place , check the drainage water/chilled water pipelines, rectify if any leakage found complete all as specified and directed Make : Zeco

M & L for dismantling of defective condenser/chiller pump motor of capacity upto and including 5 HP after disconnectiong electric connection from motor terminal, removing defective bearing, water seal, gland bush, suitable gaskets/rubbers, nut bolts, terminal box and gland packing including reassembling, painting (preparation of surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over one coat of primer) and refixing at same location/connecting of all electrical connections all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3 but for capacity above 5 HP and upto 7.5 HP all as specified and directed .

M&L for dismantling of defective condenser/chiller pump motor of capacity upto and including 5 HP after disconnecting electric connection from motor terminal, transport to local work shop and taking out of bearing and re-metaling the bearing housing shaft, including rewinding with same gauge super enamelled copper insulated wire winding, turning to the required size, cleaning of stator, varnishing, drying, re-assembling, painting(preparation of surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over one coat of primer) the motor to bring in original state including fixing on the foundation all as directed.

All as per item No 5 but for capacity above 5 HP and upto 7.5 HP all as specified and directed .

M & L for dismantling of defective CT fan motor of capacity upto 3 HP including disconnectiong electric connection, fan blade and opening the motor cover, removing the burnt coil, cleaning , rewinding with Super Enamelled copper wire of existing size , insulating , varnishing , heating , baking , re assembling , replacement of motor bearing of existing size including transportation from existing location to workshop and back, refixing of electrical connections , refixing of fan bush ,and balancing of fan, recommissioning all as specified and directed .

Ditto all as per item No 7 but for capacity above 5HP and upto 7.5 HP all as specified and directed .
