PART A : SUGAULI : CARRYING OUT MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL, ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL WORKS FOR LABORATORY ROOM, SECURITY ROOM AND AERO TRAILOR SHED FOR NEW BIOCOMPOST YARD AT HBL SUGAULI, EAST CHAMPARAN, BIHAR.

Supply of 4CX 35 Sq. mm, of grade 1100V grade XLPE armoured aluminium cable, Make Polycab/Havells/KEI. Design Spec: IS 7098. Payment shall only be released after receipt of Original MTC and proof of purchase from approved manufacturer.

Laying, dressing, testing & trail of 4CX 35 Sq. mm cables on ducts, main trays, perforated trays, angle trays, trenches (including opening of cable duct covers if required through IRCs {Instrument Road Crossings}) including clamping, glanding the cables, termination at one end including shield/ drain/ communication wire, providing and fixing identifying tags and megger testing but exclusive of supply of cables and erection of ducts, main tray, perforated tray/ angle trays and preparation of cable trench.

Supply of 4CX 2.5 Sq. mm, of grade 1100V grade XLPE armoured copper cable Make Polycab/Havells/KEI. Design Spec: IS 7098. Payment shall only be released after receipt of Original MTC and proof of purchase from approved manufacturer.

Supply, Erection, Civil works and Commissioning of 30M High Mast with 10 LED fixture of 200 W and required junction boxes for looping High mast supply. 10 x 200 LED Type, Safe Area Fixtures, Outdoor weatherproof, IP55 30M high mast with all accessories including high mast, Motorised winch, galvanized Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 10 luminaires symmetrically, its control gear boxes & with aviation warning lamps at top. Job also includes construction of shallow foundation with Reinforced M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq. meter at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour. Dismantling of concrete (if required) will also be in vendor’s scope. Job will also include provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia. GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos per mast required). The site will be handed over to the vendor as and where is the condition and the Vendor is required to perform all miscellaneous activities required for erection and commissioning of the High Mast. Approved Make: - Bajaj, Havells, Lloyd, CG. The scope of work includes supply, installation, field testing & commissioning of High mast. Scope also Includes supply of all necessary hardware and consumables like anchor fasteners/studs, nuts and bolts etc., Loading / Unloading, Transportation from designated storage area to site, scope also includes the foundation of high mast and civil works of foundation required for the complete installation as per specifications of this tender and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, erection & commissioning of GI Tubular Street Light of height 30 feet with single arm bracket with foundation bolts for fitting of LED Light with all controlling accessories, cable and connection to the source & supports including LED street light of 90W, GA drawing & earthing. Make Bajaj/Havells/CG. The site will be handed over to the vendor as and where is the condition and the Vendor is required to perform all miscellaneous activities required for erection and commissioning of 90W Street light.

Supply, Installation, commissioning & testing trial of 12 feeders of street lighting MLDB 2 Pole 10 Amp 12 Piece. The DB shall be subjected to Indian Electricity Standard. Approved Make of electrical appliances- Siemens. L&T, Havells.

Supply, Installation, commissioning & testing trial of Motor control power Distribution Panel with Incomer 63 Amp, 4 Pole & 10 Amp, 2 Pole - 12 Piece having 8 feeders of 15HP,7.5HP × 2 Nos.,5HP,3HP Motor. The panels shall be designed as per Indian Electricity Standard. Job shall also include construction of Permanent Shed of MS structure with top covered by GI sheet to protect the panel during rain. Approved Make of electrical appliances- Siemens, L&T, Havells.

Supply and laying of 3-inch Finolex PVC pipe (Schedule 80) for cable laying. Unit rate shall include rate for required bends, Tees, elbows or other fittings etc as per the site requirement for completion of job.

Supply & Construction of Earth Pit and Earthing as per Earthing ISI Code

Supply & Erection of SS 304 SCH 10 Pipe line for transfer of Concentrated Spent Wash including all necessary bends, tees, elbows or all required fittings in order to complete laying as per direction of EIC with flanges, gaskets, collars including supports on wall required as per site condition. Size 3-inch & Make- TATA, JINDAL, SAIL conforming to relevant IS code. Prior approval for Fittings Make shall also obtained and vendor to consider fittings of premium Make while quoting the rate. All fittings shall also be of SS 304.

Supply & Erection of SS 304 SCH 10 Pipe line for transfer of Concentrated Spent Wash including supports on wall required as per site condition. Size 1-inch & Make- TATA, JINDAL, SAIL conforming to relevant IS code.

Excavation: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means including disposal of excavated earth within and outside site to unobjectionable place, disposed earth to be levelled, neatly dressed & compaction wherever required. It also includes providing shoring, strutting, dewatering as required. Note. (i)Vendor shall consider any extra width required for providing shuttering, shoring, struttin for earth retention etc in his scope which will not be considered for measurements / payments. ii) Contratcor to note that initial & final level survey shall be undertaken jointly by himself & / or representatives with HBL site engineer for calculation of earth volume using Simpson's rule in case of Land Development / cutting works. iii) Also note that the scope of works include provision of permanent & temporary bench marks.

PCC M10: Supplying and Laying Plain cement concrete of Volumetric Mix 1:3:6 (1 CEMENT: 3 SAND: 6 COARSE AGGREGATES) grade concrete with 20mm downgraded coarse aggregate for pits, foundations, drains etc. including shuttering at all level as per drawings, specifications and EIC. Approved Make : Ultratech, India Cement, Birla Gold, ACC, Lafarge.

PCC M15: Supplying and Laying Plain cement concrete of Volumetric Mix 1:2:4 (1 CEMENT: 2 SAND: 4 COARSE AGGREGATES) grade concrete with 20mm downgraded coarse aggregate for pits, foundations, drains etc. including shuttering at all level as per drawings, specifications and EIC. Concrete cubes tested on 28 days shall give a result meeting M-15 requirement of IS 456. Approved Make : Ultratech, India Cement, Birla Gold, ACC, Lafarge.

BRICK MASONRY : BRICK MASONRY WORKS :Providing and constructing following brick masonry in CM 1:5 using first quality bricks of Class designation 35 (35 KG / SQCM minimum) and conforming to IS-1077-1986 including providing all openings and projections , raking the joints to 1 cm deep, scaffolding, soaking of bricks in water prior to use and curing etc complete as per specifications .

20mm Waterproof Plaster: Providing and laying average 20 mm thick sand faced cement plaster in Two Coats including providing necessary scaffolding, chicken wire mesh at all joints of brick and concrete surfaces with a minimum overlap of 150 mm in all directions and additional thickness if required to achieve perfect line and level, groove cutting without any extra cost. Apply 12 mm thick coat of CM 1:4 mixed with approved make water proofing compound mixed as per manufacturer's specifications as 1st coat and leaving the surface rough. Apply 2nd coat of 8 mm thick of CM 1:4 and finishing the surface by rubbing with sponge till uniform texture is obtained.

Structural Steel: Supply and Fabrication of Structural steel – Supply, Fabrication, Welding & erection and Painting of structural steel IS:2062 E 250 (Fe410 W) or higher Grade A/B columns/ beams, angles, channels, Gate, purlins, ties, rafters, platforms /walkways/cross overs/pipe supports/inserts including Preparation of all necessary fabrication drawings including bill of materials; supply of structural steel consisting of Non-BQ plates, rolled steel joists, channels, angles, flats, beams, etc. ; fixing of insert plates in RCC/Brickwork, straightening of raw steel if required, preparation of supplementary sketches , supply of bolts, nuts, washers, shims, packs, gas, welding electrodes and all other consumables, as required all complete. The scope includes loading, transportation ,unloading and delivery at erection site of all fabricated structures, erection, alignment and welding of all structures true to line, level, plumb and dimension, including rectification if any, splicing, site assembly all as per technical specifications and drawings, use of all safety equipment, hydra crane, chain pulley blocks etc.; carrying out welding procedure/welder qualification tests; pug cutting/gas cutting; drilling holes of suitable size; supplying & providing erection and permanent bolts with nuts & washers all complete as per drawings and instructions of Engineerin-Charge. Unit wt. will be considered as per BIS only. In case actual wt. is less than wt. as per BIS, then actual wt. will be considered for measurement. Painting scope shall include surface preparation to SA 2 ½ by Copper Slag Blasting; Supply & application of 1 coat of IZS Primer (65-75 microns DFT); Supply & application of HB MIO Epoxy intermediate coat of 100-micron DFT followed by Supply & application of two coats of Acrylic Modified 2 pack Polyurethane recoatable of 2 x 40-micron DFT. (Total:245-micron DFT). Quoted rates are deemed to include the entire scope as per item as described herein above.

RCC M25: Providing and Laying controlled M-25 reinforced cement concrete using, 20 mm and down size stone aggregates with PPC or OPC 53 at all levels in foundations,pits, rafts, drain raft, drain wall, drain precast cover including providing, fabricating and erecting form work of STEEL conforming to IS 4990 at all levels, heights and places wherever need/ specified with adequate adjustable steel props and sufficient bracings as per approved drawing including striking/ de-shuttering (No Ply shall be used). No deviation will be acceptable if proper line, level and plumb is not maintained in the drain wall and contractor may be asked to reconstruct the same without any cost to HBL. Cost to include sealing the joints with heavy duty brown self-adhesive tape, applying mould releasing agents (HBL approved) aligning to line and levels inlcuding mild steel ties, Polyvinyl chloride spacer, etc for drain if applicable.

Reinforcement: HYSD/TMT reinforcement steel FE 500 - Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with annealed GI wire of 16 gauge, providing spacers, chairs all complete with HYSD/TMT reinforcement - Fe 500grade as per BIS 1786 including the cost of all labour, material, equipment etc., complete as per specifications, approved drawings and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (i) Measurements for only authorized laps & chairs as per approved drawing will be counted. ii) Reinforcement shall range from 6 mm dia to 32 mm dis as per construction drawings. iii) Rate also includes providing necessary cover blocks in CM 1:2 as per required thickness & as per drawings. Approved Make : SAIL, TATA, JINDAL(Panther), Vizag (RINL).

Roof Sheet: Providing and fixing Galvalume steel profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) of Cold rolled steel confirming to IS:513- 2008 of base metal thickness 0.50 mm, having Yield Stress of Min. 275 MPa. Steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coating of Al-Zinc alloy comprising 55% Alluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon as per the ASTM-A792M, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 150 gms/sqm. The steel shall have organic coating with Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) /Super Durable Polyester (SDP) paint on continuous coil coating line. The thickness of coating on top side shall be 20-25 Microns (i.e. 15-18 microns SMP /SDP paint over 5-7 microns epoxy primer) and back side 8-10 Microns SMP/SDP paint over epoxy primer. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) shall be 0.58 MM. Sheet shall have protective guard film of thickness of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 6m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. Approved Make- Klippon / TATA / JSW

Earth Filling: Suppy and filling imported earth of approved quality , in plot, foundation,building,trenches etc in ayers not exceeding 20 cm in depth each layer compacted by vibro rolling and watering. Item includes compaction using vibrator roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity for earth work under optimum moisture codition to give at least 95 % of MDD.Tenderer to note that the initial & final level survey should be undertaken jointy by the contractor & HBL site engineer using total station. Initial leve to be taken after cleaning of grass/ Jungle as applicable at site on a 5 m x 5m grid.Payment shall be made by computing the compacted volume of fill computed from the fill using simpson's rule. Net quantity of compacted earth shall be paid & no compensation whatsoever on account of subsidence of soil etc. shall be permitted.The scope of works include provision of permanent & temporary bench mark (RCC pedestal of 300 mm X 300 mm approx. with necessary base plate) as per the instruction of the site in charge.Tenderer to note that approval from HBL shall be obtained for the imported earth.

Pvc sintex tank -1000ltr Providing and fixing 1000 litre capacity sintex or equivalent approved HDPE water tank with pvc fittings with valves for inlet, outlet, over flow, scour float valve, level indicator with display connections of required size and dia. including connections and hoisting/fixing the same tank on roof and other places at all heights with all bye-works complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of the engineer. (support of tank on brick/rcc/pcc will be paid under relevent items)

Supply & fixing of gate Supplying, fabricating, erecting, Priming & Painting MS gates of approved pattern out of MS angle, flats & pipes etc.(as per HBL design & painting of HBL logo) including necessary welding, hold fasts, hinges, locking arrangements, guide posts for gates etc. complete as per instructions of engineer in charge. plate with small window to peep through, and painting as per HBL specification to be included in this rate. (measurement shall be outer to outer gate post to post and top rail to bottom rail of gate). Rate shall include cost of locks. Minimum weight of 40 kg / sqm to be considered.

Supply and Installation of alum window/ventilators/door Aluminium glazed window / ventilators providing and fixing powder coated aluminium window/ventilator including providing necessary hardware, providing and fixing full glazing in aluminium window frames, ventilators frames. with 8 mm thick toughened glass fittings as per specifications, drawings and direction of engineer-in-charge complete. aluminum section to be used are of hindalco or Jindal. Aluminium section to be used shall be of heavy sections as per manufacturer advise. Specification for window- Three track aluminium window of extruded modular and anodized approved colour, shade and finish aluminium section of Jindal/hindalco or equivalent approved make and size 92mmx31.75mmx1.9mm thick (wt. 1.336 kg/RM) for bottom and 92mmx31.75mmx1.9 mm thick (wt. 1.174 kg/RM) for top the shutter comprising of bearing bottom and top of size 48mmx20mmx1.30mm thick (wt. 0.539 Kg/RM) interlocking section of size 50mmx29mmx1.28mm thick (wt. 0.594 kg/RM) and hand sides of 50mmx20mmx1.50mm thick (wt. 0.571 kg/RM) with 8 mm thick clear plain glass of saint gobain/asahi make fixed in shutter including approved quality neoprene gasket, fixture, fastenings and accessories like PVC Teflon bearing of miti or approved make 6" star lock etc. screws complete as per instruction of EIC.

Chain Link fencing: Providing and fixing 10 SWG GI chain link fencing to the angle iron post with SWG GI hook/clamp ,nuts and railing with 14 SWG GI Continuous wire required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia. GI wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge using hot dipped galvanised wire of 4mm dia. all completed along with associated works as per approved drawing, Technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(The rate for structural items like angle posts etc & civil works for excavation, brick masonry, PCC & RCC shall be paid separately). Rate to include unrolling the bundle, erecting, tightening and fixing at 300 mmc/c on the vertical portion of the posts. Chain link fencing should be tightening by 6 mm square bar vertically at every angle post & binding with 4 mm square bar 450 mm c/c horizontal as per drawing & instruction of EIC.

6mm Waterproof Plaster: Providing and applying 6 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 to ceiling and bottom surface of chajja using screened sand including finishing smooth and providing drip moulds at chajja edges and curing etc. complete. Rate shall include providing necessary scaffolding, chicken wire mesh at all joints of brick and concrete surfaces, with a minimum overlap of 150 mm in all direction and curing complete. No extra payment shall be made for additional thickness if required to achieve perfect line and level.

Supply & apply of wall putty: Providing and applying white cementitious wall putty (jk, birla white?or equivalent if approved by EIC) finish at all heights and locations (wherever required)?over plastered surface to received internal paint as per project and?approved manufacturer specifications.

Supply and Apply of acrylic emulsion paint ( Internal Painting ) : Providing and applying first single coat of approved primer and two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint, having voc (volatile organic compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litres of an approved?make (Berger, Asian, JK, Birla While or Equivalent if approved by EIC) & colour as per manufacturers/project specifications to any?surface, at all height and locations as directed, including?scaffolding, cleaning and preparing surfaces as required for?painting by any approved means with brush, paint roller, broom applied?to inaccessible areas and heights, applying additional coats?wherever required to achieve even shade and colour etc. complete as?directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel an ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink with drain board of Nirali Make or equivalent as per approval by EIC of size 510x1040 mm bowl depth 250 mm as per IS: 13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless-steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required.

Providing and fixing vitreous Indian type water closet with seat and lid for residential accommodations, , 10 litre low level dual flush cistern (High efficiency toilet, single piece) with shower and CP flush bend with fittings and CI brackets, 40mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required, along with ISI marked solid plastic seat and lid, jet all complete as per approval of EIC.

Making soak pit 2.0 m diameter 2.5 metre deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks of class designation 75 and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 75.

Providing and laying borewell of diameter 150mm having depth of up to 60 m including boring, casing, strainer, submersible pump of suitable capacity to give yield of around 20-40 kl/hr with discharge head of 80m of KSB/CG make and DOL starter of appropriate capacity, other necessary installations, bore cleaning etc complete. Job includes wiring till the nearest source, testing of water, cleaning of bore, Making PCC Platform around the bore, casing/strainer pipes of suitable thickness etc complete in all respect.

All fittings shall be of best quality materials of reputed make and as per relevant Indian Standards approved by EIC. Internal pipelining, floor traps with stainless steel grating, PVC sewerage piping with all bends, Tees, Junctions, sockets etc. as necessary supply and drainage connections for commissioning and efficient working of plumbing system complete. II. All water supply and plumbing system shall be in GI as necessary supply and drainage connections for commissioning and efficient working of plumbing system complete. III. All internal sewerage pipes along with all bends, Tees, junctions, socket etc. up to Gully chamber/trap shall be in SCI. IV. All the toilets and wash etc. should be connected through network of gully traps, manholes, and sewerage pipes and finally connected to septic tank / soak pit. V. The colour scheme for the bathroom/toilet’s fixtures will be approved by EIC. VI. All the pipes should be concealed in the walls/floor.

Dismantling PCC/RCC/Brickwork: Dismantling of RCC/PCC/Brick/Stone Masonry: Breaking RCC/PCC/BM/Stone masonry, removal, loading & transportation of all broken debris and muck and disposal to an unobjectionable disposal site outside the premises, keeping the area clean, observing all safety precautions and ensuring that there is no damage to existing lines/structures, all complete as per instructions of HPCL EIC. Quoted rates are deemed to include payment of all applicable royalty/seignorage for permission to dump debris at disposal site.

Excavation: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means including disposal of excavated earth within and outside site to unobjectionable place, disposed earth to be levelled, neatly dressed & compaction wherever required. It also includes providing shoring, strutting, dewatering as required. Note. (i)Vendor shall consider any extra width required for providing shuttering, shoring, struttin for earth retention etc in his scope which will not be considered for measurements / payments. ii) Contratcor to note that initial & final level survey shall be undertaken jointly by himself & / or representatives with HBL site engineer for calculation of earth volume using Simpson's rule in case of Land Development / cutting works. iii) Also note that the scope of works include provision of permanent & temporary bench marks.

PCC M15: Supplying and Laying Plain cement concrete of Volumetric Mix 1:2:4 (1 CEMENT: 2 SAND: 4 COARSE AGGREGATES) grade concrete with 20mm downgraded coarse aggregate for pits, foundations, drains etc. including shuttering at all level as per drawings, specifications and EIC. Concrete cubes tested on 28 days shall give a result meeting M-15 requirement of IS 456. Approved Make : Ultratech, Indian Cement, Birla Gold, ACC, Lafarge.

BRICK MASONRY : BRICK MASONRY WORKS :Providing and constructing following brick masonry in CM 1:5 using first quality bricks of Class designation 35 (35 KG / SQCM minimum) and conforming to IS-1077-1986 including providing all openings and projections , raking the joints to 1 cm deep, scaffolding, soaking of bricks in water prior to use and curing etc complete as per specifications .

20mm Waterproof Plaster: Providing and laying average 20 mm thick sand faced cement plaster in Two Coats including providing necessary scaffolding, chicken wire mesh at all joints of brick and concrete surfaces with a minimum overlap of 150 mm in all directions and additional thickness if required to achieve perfect line and level, groove cutting without any extra cost. Apply 12 mm thick coat of CM 1:4 mixed with approved make water proofing compound mixed as per manufacturer's specifications as 1st coat and leaving the surface rough. Apply 2nd coat of 8 mm thick of CM 1:4 and finishing the surface by rubbing with sponge till uniform texture is obtained.

Structural Steel: Supply and Fabrication of Structural steel – Supply, Fabrication, Welding & erection and Painting of structural steel IS:2062 E 250 (Fe410 W) or higher Grade A/B columns/ beams, angles, channels, Gate, purlins, ties, rafters, platforms /walkways/cross overs/pipe supports/inserts including Preparation of all necessary fabrication drawings including bill of materials; supply of structural steel consisting of Non-BQ plates, rolled steel joists, channels, angles, flats, beams, etc. ; fixing of insert plates in RCC/Brickwork, straightening of raw steel if required, preparation of supplementary sketches , supply of bolts, nuts, washers, shims, packs, gas, welding electrodes and all other consumables, as required all complete. The scope includes loading, transportation ,unloading and delivery at erection site of all fabricated structures, erection, alignment and welding of all structures true to line, level, plumb and dimension, including rectification if any, splicing, site assembly all as per technical specifications and drawings, use of all safety equipment, hydra crane, chain pulley blocks etc.; carrying out welding procedure/welder qualification tests; pug cutting/gas cutting; drilling holes of suitable size; supplying & providing erection and permanent bolts with nuts & washers all complete as per drawings and instructions of Engineerin-Charge. Unit wt. will be considered as per BIS only. In case actual wt. is less than wt. as per BIS, then actual wt. will be considered for measurement. Painting scope shall include surface preparation to SA 2 ½ by Copper Slag Blasting; Supply & application of 1 coat of IZS Primer (65-75 microns DFT); Supply & application of HB MIO Epoxy intermediate coat of 100-micron DFT followed by Supply & application of two coats of Acrylic Modified 2 pack Polyurethane recoatable of 2 x 40-micron DFT. (Total:245-micron DFT). Quoted rates are deemed to include the entire scope as per item as described herein above. Approved Make : SAIL, TATA, JINDAL(Panther), Vizag (RINL).

RCC M25: Providing and Laying controlled M-25 reinforced cement concrete using, 20 mm and down size stone aggregates with PPC or OPC 53 at all levels in foundations,pits, rafts, drain raft, drain wall, drain precast cover including providing, fabricating and erecting form work of STEEL conforming to IS 4990 at all levels, heights and places wherever need/ specified with adequate adjustable steel props and sufficient bracings as per approved drawing including striking/ de-shuttering (No Ply shall be used). No deviation will be acceptable if proper line, level and plumb is not maintained in the drain wall and contractor may be asked to reconstruct the same without any cost to HBL. Cost to include sealing the joints with heavy duty brown self-adhesive tape, applying mould releasing agents (HBL approved) aligning to line and levels inlcuding mild steel ties, Polyvinyl chloride spacer, etc for drain if applicable. Approved Make : Ultratech, Indian Cement, Birla Gold, ACC, Lafarge.

Reinforcement: HYSD/TMT reinforcement steel FE 500 - Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with annealed GI wire of 16 gauge, providing spacers, chairs all complete with HYSD/TMT reinforcement - Fe 500grade as per BIS 1786 including the cost of all labour, material, equipment etc., complete as per specifications, approved drawings and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (i) Measurements for only authorized laps & chairs as per approved drawing will be counted. ii) Reinforcement shall range from 6 mm dia to 32 mm dis as per construction drawings. iii) Rate also includes providing necessary cover blocks in CM 1:2 as per required thickness & as per drawings.
