I. EARTH WORK :

Felling down carefully trees of girth (measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) including necessary excavation, removal / destruction of roots, filling the excavated pockets thus formed with good earth, compacting the same, cutting the trunks and branches of trees into suitable pieces, transporting, stacking and disposing the same at the location as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

a) Girth from 301 to 600mm.

b) Girth from 601 to 1200mm.

c) Girth from 1201mm and above.

Earthwork excavation over Areas/foundations upto required depths in all kinds of Soils except Soft and Hard Rock in both dry and wet conditions, dewatering if necessary, dressing the bottom and sides to required levels, profiles, slopes, etc., disposing the surplus earth/spoils within a lead of 50m , levelling the areas including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc., complete all as directed and specified.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

c) Above 3.00 m to 4.50 m depth from average ground level.

d) Above 4.50 m to 6.00 m depth from average ground level.

e) Above 6.00 m to 7.50 m depth from average ground level.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas /foundations in ordinary rock upto the depths specified below including dewatering if necessary, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc.,including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

c) Above 3.00 m to 4.50 m depth from average ground level.

d) Above 4.50 m to 6.00 m depth from average ground level.

e) Above 6.00 m to 7.50 m depth from average ground level.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in over areas/foundations in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by chiseling, wedging or any other approved method viz. using plasma cutting with diesel plasma gun under 3.5Kg/Sqcm pressure, including air compressor, followed by pneumatic chieselling or using non explosive expansive chemical agents , including drilling of holes as specified by manufacture, filling of expansive chemical, followed by pneumatic chiseling, diamond wire rope cutting etc. upto the depths specified below, including dewatering if necessary, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc.,including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

c) Above 3.00 m to 4.50 m depth from average ground level.

d) Above 4.50 m to 6.00 m depth from average ground level.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead within NFC complete as specified and directed by EIC

Dewatering underground water or continous seeping water using suitable pump/or pumps of required capacity for pumping out seepage water or mud water including all equipment , manpower, drain pipes, cleaning the area complete as specified and directed. Note :- This item will be measured and paid only if continous pumping of inflow water is to be performed for more than an hour in one go and min capacity of pump shall be 5Hp.

Supplying, Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes 40mm uniform graded in uniform thickness, hand picking,compacting in stages to proper level, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material/stone dust to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate etc. for soil stabilization for machine foundation, footings etc. complete as specified and directed

Supplying and filling with sand around machine foundation to act as dampener etc. including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as specified and directed

Designing, Providing, fixing & removing timbering for all depths using fence fabric and structural steel form work or any other approved method in foundations, over areas , trenches etc , including strutting, shoring etc. complete as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Material used for shoring, timbering will be contractor's property and shall be removed from site after completion of work with due approval of EIC.

Lead charges for within NFC premises , additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively

a) For soil for all leads within NFC

b) For Debris/rock for all leads within NFC

II. CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) :

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 35 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 440 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed.

Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-35 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 8112 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), crushed stone sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches/manholes etc. with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas. 2. Sand shall be manufactured sand.

III. FORM WORK :

Providing centering and shuttering using good quality densified film-faced Plywood of at least 12mm thick approved make conforming to IS 4990 including strutting, propping, staging made out of steel frames/H-frames/ Mild Steel (MS) Pipes/Cup and Lock System etc., and removal of the same as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying One (1) coat of shuttering oil (Cemol/Fosroc make/any other ) on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete,including PVC cover blocks etc., if required, for insitu Reinforced Concrete and in Plain Cement Concrete works etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The Formwork shall be designed and got approved from the Design Section before erection

IV. REINFORCEMENT, STRUCTURAL STEEL & PEB

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position Anchor Shells/Expansion shells of dia upto 20mm and length upto 200mm of approved make of Hilti, Fischer or Bosch of best quality of diameter as specified for anchoring supporting structural steel columns of required size/length including drilling holes in RCC flooring, cleaning of holes, aligning bolts to position, proper level, Bolts,Washers Labour, etc., complete as directed. Note: All the bolts, nuts and washers shall have Galvanized Coating. MTC shall be submitted for Coating and Mechanical Properties

Placing shear connectors of upto 20 mm dia TMT re-bar into the RCC member including drilling necessary holes to required depth using drill machine, cleaning the holes and removing dust, dirt , etc and supplying and anchoring with epoxy based resin grout material of Fosroc Lokfix E77 or equivalent make complete with cost of materials, labour, tools as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge. NOTE: Reinforcement for Shear Connectors shall be measured seperately for payment.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, MS/GI insert plates/ embedded plates/rolled sections such as angles, channels, Tees, flats, etc./pipes (medium quality) conforming to relevant BIS codes of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia TMT bars, placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with 2 (Two) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux wherever required, fixing in line, level and plumb complete as directed. Note: TMT bars will be paid under relavant item.

Supply and Fabrication at Factory, Pre Engineered Frames, Purlins, Side cladding runners (Girts), sky lights, roof extractors, ventilators etc., by cutting, welding, straightening at workshop, conveying, assembling, erecting at work site at all levels by bolts and nuts including subsequent field welding, drilling, grinding, bolting wherever required and hoisting in position for structural steel work. The job includes provision of cold formed sectional members for Z purlins/girts, pre-engineered frames using M.S Plates, tie beams, catwalk, crane girders, platforms, ladders for the members wherever required as per design, suitable supporting system for fixing polycarbonate/translucent sheeting to prevent dislodging etc., complete as specified and directed. Note: 1) Preparation of detailed fabrication drawings shall be in the scope of the contractor. Contractor shall submit hard and soft copies of the same for approval from the department before fabrication. No extra payment will be made for the same. GA drawings will be provided by the department. 2) Torquing machine gun shall be used for torquing of bolts. 3) Required number of Boom lifters/scissor lifters shall be deployed for working at heights at no extra cost.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Primary Structural Steel Members including rafters, columns, Crane Gantries, Bracings, Walking Platforms, Stairs/Ladders etc., of built up sections made out of M.S Plates having minimum thickness of 6.00mm and minimum strength not less than Grade E 350 as per the Table -1 of IS 2062 : 2011 to relavent ASTM manufactured by M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, Jindal, SAIL make including painting with Three (Three) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux, including welding with MIG/MAG welding in a well established workshop using electrodes or fillers of make M/s. L&T, D&H, Advani, etc., transportation of members to site, bolting/ welding at field by MIG/MAG, erecting members using suitable cranes/jigs/pulleys in line , level, plumb etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: 1) The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards equivalent to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS 1367:2002. 2) One additional coat (Third coat) of paint as per specifications shall be applied on Structural Steel after erection and no extra payment will be made for the same.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel work using rolled steel joists, angles, channels, plates, chequered plates, flats, bars, Square Hollow Sections/Rectangular Hollow Sections/Steel Tubes conforming to IS 4923/ IS 1161 in built up sections, Trusses (Complete Truss system consisting of Trusses, Purlins, Bracings, Gusset Plates, Base Plates etc.,), framed work, mezzanine, trestles, ladder, PEB structure (Bracings, Struts, walkway platforms, staircase etc.), including cutting, hoisting, fixing of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting with 3 (Three) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux, complete as specified and directed Note:1) The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated. 2) One additional coat (Third coat) of paint as per specifications shall be applied on Structural Steel after erection and no extra payment will be made for the same.

Purlins and Girt Members: Providing and Fixing Secondary Structural members including Purlins, Girt members, Eaves, Struts, Ridges and other items made out of Galvanized cold rolled sheets of Z shape not less than 2.5mm thickness and web depth of 200mm with stiffened flanges of Class designation GP 350 Class 2 conforming to the requirements of IS 277:2018 manufactured by M/s. JSW, Tata, Vizag Steel, SAIL make including shop painting , fixing to main members using Bolts and Nuts conforming to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS 3757 including overlaps, etc., the average mass of Galvanized Coating thickness shall be minimum 350GSM conforming to IS 277 all complete as specified and directed. Note: Overlaps will not be measured for payment.

Foundation Bolts: Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds conforming to IS 432 (Mild Steel Bars Grade – I)/ IS 1875 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels Complete and as directed .

Sheeting: Providing and Fixing Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Sheets of required shade of make M/s. JSW/TATA Bluescope (Colorbond) conforming to ASTM A792M/ IS 15961 for roofings and claddings using sheets in 0.5mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) with minimum galvalume thickness of AZ200 gsm and yield strength not less than 550MPa including flashings, corners, ridges, eaves boards, gutter, rainwater downcomer, edge trim, etc., of approved make including fixing the sheets with Stainless Steel self tapping, self drilling and self fastening screws, and EPDM Washers, etc., all complete as directed. a) Roofing with colour coated Galvalume sheets & Rain water pipes, etc. Note: Roofing and liner shall be done with insulative material in between. Insulation will be measured separatly.

Providing and fixing insulation of 50mm thick fibre glass of make Pilkington/Twiga/Owens cornings of(500 guage of polyethelene sheeting) with minimum density 20Kg/Cum over liner sheeting for purpose of sound insulation including providing protection for moisture absorption fixing the pad with SS 304 mesh with opening size upto 3 inches and wire dia 1.5mm to purlins with suitable screw and washers complete in line level complete as directed.

Translucent Polycarbonate Sheeting: Polycarbonate Sheeting of 2 mm thick, Pressed to matching trough Corrugations of roofing of M/s. Sabic-Lexan, GE make, Everest or any other make for sky lights including sealing around sheets with GE Siliconates or any other sealants, treating for rain proof, fixing sheeting with SS self tapping screws etc., complete as directed. .

Providing GI welded wire mesh of mesh size 16mmX16mm with wire dia 1.24mm (18 BWG) conforming to IS 280 and galvanising complying to IS 4826, tensile strength 300-550 N/mm2, for closing of opening at ridge level for preventing pigeon entry, including welding, complete as per specificatiions and as directed.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of Aluminium Rain Water Gutters (for deck sheeting) made to required shape using 3mm to 8mm thick or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, Aluminium plate conforming to relevent IS Code of makes JINDAL,NALCO or from any manufacturer's source making plate using ingots of above, including stainless steel fastners, required bending and strightening of sheet at all heights, cutting, drilling of holes, welding (using soldering or other Approved Methods)etc.,complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Weight of only aluminum plate/sheet will be considered for payment.

Supply and application of KEMPEROL V 21O OF KEMPER SYSTEM GERMANY over rain water gutter through its authorized applicators recommended by the company up to 2.0 mm thick by using three component liquid applied system based on unsaturated polyester resin with polyester fleece as reinforcement in the following steps . 1. On the previously prepared surface apply, KEMPEROL EP Primer evenly with the help of a Nylon Brush. 2.Sprinkle silica sand (0.3 to 0.7 mm) @ 200-300 gm per Sqm on the wet primer. 3. After 4-6 hrs of drying time (depending upon temperature and humidity) of primed surface apply KEMPEROL V 210 mix with help of a Nylon roller or Brush. 4.Roll out the KEMPEROL Fleece over the KEMPEROL V 210 wet mix. (overlaps of Kemperol fleece should be not less than 50mm over the joints). 5. Remove all wrinkles and then saturate completely with KEMPEROL V 210. The tensile strength of the complete system/ membrane should be more then @ 6.25 N/mm2 and Elongation more than 74 % (with Fleece). etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The contractor shall furnish warranty as per prescribed proforma for maintaining the roof/gutter leak proof for a minimum period of 10 years. The warranty shall be given by authorised applicator and countersigned by contractor.

Supplying and fixing of 24 inch SS304 wind driven turbo ventilators of size (410mmX735mm) with 42 nos of vanes of .05mm thick rolled formed SS steel having double permanetly lubricated and sealed bearing of heavy quality, to be mounated on UV treated FRP Base plate ( More than 60% light Transmission fixing with AC/Galvalume roof sheeting with suitable self tapping screw or with FRP coating to make leak proof complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

Deck Sheeting Providing and fixing roofing consist of 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 used as permanent shuttering over which MS wire mesh 3mm laid at 100x100 mm grid including edge trim covered with concrete. This metal deck will be supported on structural steel beam with shear studs. (Structural steel like Beam, column, joists etc. & concrete of different grade as per design will be paid separately). Note :- Supply & erection of shear studs shall be part of item and no seperate measurment for same will be done.

V. STONE MASONRY :

Random rubble masonry as per IS 1597 with hard stone with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse sand (conforming to IS 2116)) at following depth and height including scaffolding, raking out joints, simultaenous flush poining, curing, complete as specified and directed.

VI. BRICK MASONRY :

Brick work as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of Class Designation 7.5 and above as specified at height/depth mentioned below with cement mortar 1:6 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse Sand (conforming to IS 2116)} including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as specified and directed.

a) At all depths below FFL

b) Above FFL upto V floor level

Half brick masonry as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of class designation 7.5 or above as specified above FFL upto V floor level in partitions walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 crushed coarse sand), including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing and with Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M15 (1:2:4) stiffeners of depth 75mm at every 900 mm height including form work, curing etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding reinforcement. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule

VII ROOFING & Flooring :

Providing and Fixing Light weight Calcium Silicate False Ceiling with Silhouette Grid at all heights of Aerolite make with 15mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate tiles of size 595X595mm of approved design, texture and pattern having 100% RH – HUMIDITY RESISTANCE, non-combustible as per BS 476, Noise Reduction Coefficient of 0.5, Light reflectance above 85%, Thermal Conductivity less than 0.05 W/m K, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections of 0.4mm thick Silhouette Profile, rotary stitched double webbed white with 6mm reveal profile comprising of main ‘T’ runners of size 15X42mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15X42mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15X42mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600X600 mm , wall angle of size 22x19x0.4mm to be fixed all around the wall. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from the ceiling using GI slotted cleats fixed to ceiling with 50mm long 8 mm outer dia M-6 dash/anchor fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded GI hanger rod with L-shape level adjuster of size 85X25x2mm or 4mm GI hanger rod with butterfly clip, including scaffolding, at all heights, complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note:Hanger syster shall be decided as per site conditions and height of false ceiling as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

GSB: Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator/approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tons Capacity/approve means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work).

Providing & fixing following vitrified tiles of 8-10mm thickness conforming to IS 15622 for flooring ( thickness as specified by manufacturer) of make Johnson, Somani, Kazaria of required shade, design, colour and pattern laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.): 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm or polymer modified adhesive of make MYK/Roff or approved equivalent including providing joints of 2mm with spacers filled with epoxy grout mix of 0.7 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.1 Kg of hardener and 0.2 Kg of resin per kg or as specified by manufacturer ) of make Pidilite, MYK of required color. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

a) Double charge Glazed Vitrified Tile Polished finish of Size of tile 600 X 600mm.

b) Glazed Vitrified Tile Matt/Anti-skid/Rustic finish of Size of tile 600 X 600mm.

Providing and fixing 16 to18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite stone for floor/treads/ risers /steps / dado/ ramps/window sills/jambs/wash basin platforms etc. of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse crushed stone sand)/ 12 mm thick, 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse crushed stone sand) cement mortar/chemical adhesive, joints treated with epoxy grout, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels including cost of single/double nosing, making 3 no of grooves for saircase treads etc. all complete as specified and as directed

Non Metallic Floor Hardener: Providing over RCC flooring, grade slab when concrete is in green condition, finishing top with hard finishing coat using non –metallic floor hardener of Chhabdur or Hardtop or any other from M/s. Fosroc, STP, MYK, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals of approved quality and make at spread rate of 7Kg/Sqm or as specified by manufacturer for heavy duty floor finish including spreading after vacuum dewatering, ramming, consolidation, finishing smooth using power trowel to required levels or slope as specified, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed with vacuum dewatering.

Vacuum Dewatering & Power Trowelling: Vacuum dewatering of concrete using vacuum dewater technique for evaporation by way of removing the excess water using rigid or flexible suction mat incorporation filler layers and vacuum filler layers and vacuum generator (80 to 90% vacuum is to be applied at the rate of 3 to 5 minutes per 25 mm of depth), finishing with power trowel to get smooth finish all as per specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge for grade slab.

Joints Groove Cutting and Sealing: Cutting using Diamond saw or any other suitable equipment grooves of size 6mmx12mm in flooring at construction/contraction joints or as directed by design Engineer, including filling with polysulfide sealant of M/s. Foroc, STP, Pidilite, MYK, cleaning the joints using compressed air, drying the joint before application complete as directed.

Providing & applying screed concrete of M-25 grade with maximun coarse aggregate size of 10 mm or less using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 10mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including power troweling, consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, adding water proofing chemical of FOSROC/PIDILITE/SUNANDA as per manufacturer's specifications, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other FRAMES / CHOWKHAT comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 ( Suspension Grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibers ( wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk ) and non toxic additives ( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ) , Modulus of Elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A Category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardent and fixed in position with M.S hold fast / lugs / SS dash fastners of required dia and length including two coats of wood primer and two coats of wood enamel paint if required complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Note : For WPC solid door/window frames , minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal fire rated doors as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs with vision panel. Test certificates should be available for vision lites /panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single and double leaf and all doors supplied should be within the tested specimen, deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Approved manufacturer Shakti Hormann or approved equivalent. Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 125 x 60 mm made out of 1.20mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall/RCC column opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry/RCC column opening. Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. Rate should include supply and installation of door and hardware set as mentioned in the door and hardware schedule. Supplying and fixing to wooden doors etc. and at all heights above plinth level approved Stainless Steel SS 304 tower bolts conforming to relevant IS specifications (‘KICH’ or its equivalent ) with approved SS screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.

Cost to be inclusive of joints between glasses to be filled with clear sealant etc. complete as specified and directed by EIC.

GLASS DOOR :- Supplying and fixing frameless 12MM thick clear toughened glass SAINT GOBAIN/MODI GUARD with 3 M frosted glass film , door with SS handles, locking, arrangements with SS patch fitting (approved make) etc. complete. All SS member to be in Satin/hairline/mirror finish as per EIC/Architect's choice complete as specified and directed by EIC

FLOOR SPRINGS :- Providing & fixing Ozone Stainless Steel Double Cylinder Floor Spring Glass Package Set (Silver) or equiavlent tested to 5,00,000 cycles, as per : EN 1154, including making chases in the floor and making good the same, complete as specified and directed by EIC.

Supplying and fixing in position approved motor automatic operated (push & pull) steel rolling shutters made from M.S. lathes of not less than 1.25 mm thick including supplying and fixing all necessary fixtures, fittings, top hood, guide channels, shutter suspension shaft not less than 6", ceiling strips providing approved quality of ball bearings, locking arrangements, handles, lugs, cutting, drilling necessary holes in concrete, grouting lugs with cement concrete 1:2:4, including providing and fixing not less than 1.0HP motor of Crompton Greaves, Kirloskar, L&T, Jielong along with other accessories for On and Off, level switch ). connected operatable, applying one shop coat of approved Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as shown in the drawing and as directed (measurement for rolling shutters will be as per the structural openings, hoods shall not be measured separately).

IX. PLASTERING AND POINTING :

Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 river sand) finished smooth finish with including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement morar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)} fininshed smooth at all height above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surface including making necessary grooves in between junctions or brick masonary and RCC , providing & fixing GI plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150 mm wide along route of walls chipped for service lines, junction between RCC and brick walls and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Cement plastering 20mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level with 12mm thick base coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, 8mm thick finishing coat in Cement Mortar1:3 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 3 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, final rendering including addition of approved integrated waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s Specifications for the base coat of make M/s. Fosroc/Demech/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT/Sunanda Chemicals, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, providing & fixing GI plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150 mm wide along route of walls chipped for service lines, junction between RCC and brick walls and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing and applying white cement based putty in two coats with average thickness not less than 1 mm, of Birla make or any other approved manufacturer including one coat of primer over the plastered wall surface (external/internal) to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Water proof plaster in cement mortar 1:3 ,with waterproofing compound make of ( M/s Fosroc , MBT, Sika, Sunanada Chemicals etc.) @ 2% by weight of cement including scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. Complete a) 15 MM thk for underground drains/cable trench etc.

X. PAINTING:

INTERNAL PAINTING :- Applying 3 or more coats of interior premium emulsion paint of Asain Apcolite suprema /Dulux interior acrylic premium emulsion of required shade of interior grade, having VOC content less than 50 grams/liters including one coat of approved suitable interior primer at all heights above plinth level inside rooms etc., complete and as complete and as directed.

EXTERIOR PAINTING :- Applying of Two or more coat of elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane of asain paint damp proof advance or Dulux Aquatech Flexible damp proof base coat or on surface of vertical wall shall be applied as per manufacture specification. Finishing walls with 2 or more coat of 100% Premium acrylic Smooth waterproof exterior finish emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Dept Tinted) with silicon additives, equal to asain paint ultmia protek or Dulux Professional weathershield Flexx or Paints can be obtained from approved make from M/s. Asian, Dulux, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite or any other make etc., complete and as directed.

XI. WATERPROOFING :

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg / sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. NOTE :- 1)The treatment shall be tested by ponding water for a period of 10 days. If due to location of rain water pipes the average thickness of treatment exceeds 110 mm for easy flow of water the extra brickbat coba will be paid as extra item and the rate for the same to be got approved from the Department before execution 2) The waterproofing treatment is to be guaranteed for bone-dry condition for a period of 10 years in the prescribed proforma. 3) The measurement for payment shall be the entire area of terrace covered by the treatment measured between brick/concrete parapets without plaster and the area of vatas calculated by taking the length of vatas and the height above the finished level of the terrace.

WATERPROOFING ON DECK SLAB :-Surface Preparation: Cleaning the surfaces with Wire brushing and washing the treatment receiving surface area with water, so as to make the surface totally dust free to receive the treatment. Cracks shall be treated by chasing open cracks to form a “V” space groove of approx. 4 to 6 mm wide. The groove shall be cleaned with compressed air and thereafter sealed with polymer modified mortar which shall be admixed with SBR Latex, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP @ 2kg per bag of cement, prior to application of PMM, application of sealer coat inside the groove shall be carried out. Angle Fillet All the junctions of floor and vertical sides shall be provided with cement-sand CM 1:3 based angle fillet of 75 mm X 75 mm. The fillet mortar shall be admixed with a latex based additive, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP (Dosage -1 kg / 50 kg cement bag), that will provide strength and resistance to water leakage. Construction Joint Treatment: All construction/ Cold Joints in the Roof slab shall be opened in V-groove size to maximum depth of 25 mm. Fixing PVC Nozzle between 1 m center to center and injecting Cement, Water, Expansive Plasticizing Admixture for Cementitious Grouts, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM at a dosage of 225 gm/ Bag of Cement and Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP at a dosage of 1 kg/ Bag of Cement Slurry through proper Grouting Pump/Machine and sealing the joints with Polymer Modified Mortar using Cement : Sand = 1 : 4 and Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP @ 2 kg per Bag of Cement. After grouting, the nozzles must be cut and levelled with the roof slab. Providing and applying primer Dr.Fixit Cipoxy 16 D Primer using roller or brush as per manufacturer’s specification at a coverage of 6 - 8 sqmt/kg, Followed by supply and apply of Dr. Fixit Superseal 900, two component liquid applied, Hybrid Polyurea Polyurethane waterproofing membrane with the following technical parameters: 1. Solids Content: 82% 2. Tensile strength >15 Mpa as per ASTM D 412 3. Elongation at break >600% as per ASTM D 412 4. Shore A Hardness = 70 as per ASTM D 2240 5. Resistance to hydrostatic water pressure greater than 70 m as per ASTM D 5385 6. Static crack bridging >2 mm as per ASTM C 1305 7. Bond Strength to concrete >2 MPa as per ASTM D 7234 8. Puncture Resistance > 1000 N as per ASTM E154 Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Superseal 900 on the surface using suitable brush, roller or airless spray coverage @ 1.0 kg/m2. Use spike roller to dislodge the entrapped air if any. Apply second coat in perpendicular direction after minimum 6 hrs of completion of first coat coverage@ 1.0 kg/m2 to achieve a DFT of 1.5 mm. Supply and spreading of 120 GSM non - woven Geotextile with proper overlaps of 50 mm. Protective Screed Providing and Laying 40 mm M25 grade concrete screed as a protection to the Waterproofing system admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ dozed at 200 mL/ 50 kg bag of cement. Bore Packing: All the pipes to placed / inserted in the core cut areas, shall be wrapped around by the Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape, a twin sided adhesive tape or by sand broadcasting over a slurry coat of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP : Cement as 1:1 by volume and placed appropriately to be grouted around the cut bores. Grouting the gaps between the pipe and the core cutting by an expansive cementitious grout Dr. Fixit Pidigrout 10M that shall be poured into the gaps after fixing in place an effective leak-free shuttering.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing (BOX TYPE WATERPROOFING) on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures using rough shabahd stone as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of : (i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course/PCC (PCC is paid separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. Cement slurry @2.2kg/m2 admixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions to be applied twice at base and top of mortar. (ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. (iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge :

Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops , Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick), conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete as specified and directed

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing of make Jindal Stainless (JSL) made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge,

Providing GI pipe hand rail made out of 32 mm /25 mm nominal bore GI pipes (Jindal, Tata or equivalent) of medium quality conforming to IS 1239, 32 mm n.b. as top fabricated horizontal and vertical members and 25 mm nominal bore as middle and /bottom horizontal members at and at all heights above plinth level, cut to size and shape including necessary bends, tees or with welding as required and fixed in position by grouting or by welding to insert plates provided etc., complete, painting with 2 (Two) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux., complete as specified and directed.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrationsand serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing d) Aluminium framing work over MS tubular structural frame work using 50x50 mmX1.6 mm Alluminium hollow square section of make Jindal/Hindalco or approved equiavalent. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Supplying and fixing Hollow Titanium/Platinum letter (Hindi, English, Telugu) of min 22 inch in height and minimum 15 inches of width backing with premium quality LED waterproof lights, fixed up to height of 15 mtr inline and level including all electrical accessories complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge (Near by Electrical Source will be provided by the department.

Supply and fixing of 16-18mm thick polished and machine cut Z-black granite stone plaque of required size including machine engraving of gold color text and logos, fixing of plaque either using granular sand particles mixed with araldite or other special adhesive of approved make over 12mm cement mortar (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) or using tile adhesive MYKlaticreet 335 or approved equivalent, including make the surface rough before fixing of plaque, complete as directed by EIC.

Providing grouting (including tamping) for foundations, structures, equipments, base plates, anchor holes, etc., with non-shrink, free flow grout of shrinkhomp-30N/Sqmm of M/S A.C.C, Fosroc or equivalent mixed with filler like sand in 1:1, including shuttering wherever necessary at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level complete as specified and directed. note: Weight of grout used in the work will be measured for payment. However, the rate quoted shall inclusive of all materials.

Lifeline : Providing and laying Fall arrestor system of approved Safety equipment’s manufacturer consisting horizontal stainless steel rope of 8 to 12 mm dia, self braking system, universal extremity plates, intermediate brackets at 10m c/c, lanyard/ retractable blocs, shock absorber, roof posts as per the manufacturer's instructions including scaffolding, stair to reach roof, drilling holes, screws, cleaning, cutting, making entire system functional and testing the same etc. complete

XIII: WATER SUPPLY

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (SDR-11) conforming to IS 15778 of Ashirvad/Supreme or approved make, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe on exposed/recessed/underground surfaces to correct line, level, plumb using clamps as directed. This includes removing of existing pipes and fixtures if required, jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, teflon tape, cost of cutting chases wherever required and making good the same with cement concrete/mortar, cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition including testing of joints at cerain locations complete as specified and directed concealed/exposed including cutting chases and making good the walls.

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 20 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 320 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete including two coats of approved primer and two coats of ready mix paint as per IS 164 etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

XVII UTILITITES AND FIRE HYDRANT LINE:

Supplying, fabricating and erecting / fixing in position the piping either inside plant building / in yard, at all elevations as indicated in the relevant drawings. Following specified materials shall be used. (1) Pipe: Carbon steel bevelled end seamless pipes conforming to ASTM A 106 Gr.B & dimensions conforming to ANSI B36.10 of approved make; (2) Fittings & Flanges: Carbon Steel fittings and flanges confirming to IS:6392 and dimensions conforming to ANSI B16.5 for Class 150 with 3mm thk neoprene gaskets of suitable grade, fastened using suitable carbon steel bolts, nuts and washers, as directed by EIC. (3) Welding & Clamping: Pipes to be welded using E-6010 / E-6011 / E-6012 / E-6013 / ER-308L electrodes of make M/s Ador / Advani / D&H / Phillips and to be supported with suitable clamps on mild steel structural frame work / tee supports. (4) Painting: Pipes to be painted with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint of make M/s Asian Berger over one coat of zinc chromate primer after proper surface preparation to the satisfaction of EIC. (5) Testing & commissioning: Pipelines to be DP tested and hydraulically tested segment wise at a pressure of 15 bar followed by flushing and commissioning including cost of all consumables, labour, etc., complete as directed by EIC

Providing and fixing best Indian make C.I. GATE/SLUICE VALVES with flanged ends manufactured by M/s. Kirlosker, Leader, Audco, conforming to IS: 14846 Latest Edition , for water pipes, making necessary flanged joints providing and welding to pipe the matching companion flanges conforming to table E ,BS-10, providing all jointing materials like bends, elbow, tee, flanges, gaskets, bolts, nuts etc., testing the valves and joints for 10 Kg/cm2 pressure with clean and potable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours etc., complete as specified and directed.

Extra over painting of pipe lines for providing Coating and wrapping of the pipe lines (including fittings) consisting of one coat each of coal tar primer and enamel, cold wrap of impregnated fibre glass, of suitable width, of PIPEKOTE or Rust free make, including thermofusioning of polyethylene layer of coat using thermo torch, seal coating, overlapping not less than 25mm, testing of coating by holiday testing conforming to IS 10221, cleaning pipes etc., complete and total thickness of coat not less than 4 mm, complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement motor with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacing of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling RC. Hume pipes of dia upto 600m dia including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within NFC for all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for 600 mm nominal dia pipes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of manhole - Taking out CI cover with frame from RCC/brick top slab of manholes of various sizes including demolishing of RCC/Brick work manually/by mechanical means and stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unservieable materials within NFC for all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling very carefully the existing MS/GI/CI pipe of various dia for various services/hand rail with all fittings and fixtures etc., cutting the pipeline after shutdown, stacking within NFC for all leads, including providing dummy flanges with approporiate gasket to the remaining pipe as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Removing carefully existing chainlink fabric from angle iron posts and struts by removing hook bolts, nuts, etc, straightening GI rods (vertical as well as horizontals) etc., rolling back the removed chainlink, collecting hooks, bolts and nuts, stacking including cutting of iron angle posts, dismantling of PCC pedestals, transporting the materials to Departmental stores for all leads etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Area of the chain link fabric will be measured for payment.

Dismantling very carefully the existing structural steel work at all levels in MS structural sections like angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats, tubular gates etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores for all leads etc., complete as directed

Demolishing pitching/soling/paver blocks/kerb stones in roads, floors, drains etc. including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within NFC for all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling cement Asbestos sheet or other material roofing along with ridges, hips, valleys and gutters, including scaffolding and stacking the material within NFC for all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling bituminous road manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within NFC for all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing of 25 x 6 mm hot dip galvanised GI strip for lightning protection at a height of 27M and 12M by clamping on roof sheets/walls/columns with insulators, clamps and all required hardware. Note: The strips shall be laid as per IS/IEC 62305 on the top of buildings/PEB sheds to act as horizontal conductors of air termination network. These shall be fixed on support insulators of SMC/DMC type at regular interval of 1 Meter. The SMC/DMC insulators shall be rated for 1.1kV and shall be manufactured by CPRI approved vendors shall only. Suitable test certificates are to be submitted for approval of the department before procurement. The support insulators shall be fixed on rooftop /PEB shed sheets by using suitable adhesive. The properties of adhesive should be same as Lord 810 & Accelerator 20GB. For overlapping 25X6 mm joints, length of the overlap shall not be less than 20 mm. Contact surface shall first be cleaned and then inhibited from oxidation with a suitable non- corrosive compound. The joints shall be painted with two coats of metallic aluminium paint.Suitable test certificate shall be submitted for galvanisation of GI strip and insulators used as per applicable IS from accredited labs.
