Removal of existing treatment and wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles and roofs to preparation of surface for applying in primer and bitumen.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in, levelling course with to be finished even and fair without using extra cement on roof surface / chajja (thickness of concrete will be provided as per site requirement and as directed by engr-in-charge) roof kerbs, coping, benching etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick redering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg of cement and incl demo of old plaster on concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.(NOTE:- WPC shall be measured and paid separatly)

Supply & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, Aquaflex manufactured by M/s Bengal Bitumen, MULTIPLAS STANDARD, manufactured by STP TEXAS Ltd/Hyperplas manufactured by IWL Ltd having 10 years guarantee for water tightness all as specified and described as under:- (a) Preparation of RCC roof surface and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surface, all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. (b) Supply & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric proofing membrane of 3Kg/Sqm HYPERPLAS STANDARD/MULTIPLAS STANDARD consting of 100micron HMHDPE film centre core including coating the surface with the bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlaps and longitudinal edges 15 cm at the ends as required thereof, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coat of Aluminium paint over a APP membrane surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth as specified and directed

Dismantling of cast iron /PVC/AC/SGSW pipes 100mm dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) 110mm dia soil waste and rainwater drainage pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) 110mm dia bends complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointing in any mortar

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles Edge cut 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectingular)area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm (400 x 400mm) but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to 15mm thick screed bed 1:6 cement motar complete all as specified and directedmatch complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles 250 x 375mmx 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado's etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match colored tiles over 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of finished rough to receive the glazed tiles all as specified.

M&L providing BRAND FACTORY MADE PVC INTERNAL DOOR FRAME (PRELAM) of size 100 mm x 45 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (+- 0.25 mm ) made out of extruded 5 mm (+- 0.25 mm ) thick PVC sheet manufactured by an ISO 9001-2008 certified company and by joining 3 nos Heat bent PVC sheet sections. the inside section of size 90x30 mm shall be made from plain colour PVC sheet of 5 mm (+-0.25 mm ) thickness the inside section will be covered by sticking two sections of size 30 x 35 mm and 70 x 45 mm made from (+-0.25) thick plain PVC sheet The frame shall be mitre cut at two corners and joined with 4 nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15 mm x 15 mm MS square tube The two vertical door frames are to be reinforced with 40 mm x 20 mm MS tubes of 19 guage through out the farme The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100 mm long screw through the frame by using anchor fastners. A minimum of 4 nos screw to be provided for each vertical members and minimum 2 nos for horizontal member etc complete as per manufacturers specifications and directions of engineers-in-charge

M&L in providing 30 mm thick brand factory made internal PVC flush door shutter wood free consisting of frame made out of M S tubes of 19 guage thickness and size 20 mm x 40 mm for siles as well as top bottom and lock rail MS frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacturer. The inside panel shall consist of 20 mm thick multichamber hollow PVC section 1 mm wall thickness bonded using solvent cement/ cynoacrylate adhesive with 5 mm (+-0.25 mm) thick plain/prelam PVC sheet manufactured by an ISO-9001-2008 certified company on both side of the inside panel All the four edge of the panel to be sealed with lipping of 10 mm thick and 20 mm wide PVC sheet baton( made by sticking 2 nOs PVC sheet of 5 mm ( +0.25 mm ) thickness using PVC solvent cement adhesive Door edge lipping to be painted with PVC ink of matching colour of plain/prelam moulded PVC sheet of door 0.20 mm thick ( 5mm x 4 mm) thick PVC sheet to be given for lock provision at lock height. Door to be fixed with frame with 3 nos stainless steel butt hinges of size 100 mm * 25 mm * 25 mm and 50 mm long steel screws drilled suitable to pass through both the wall of the MS tube other hardwares should be fixed with 25 mm * 8mm size steel screws etc complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge, manufacturers specification and drawing
