CA NO CWE/AMB/UTILITY-71 OF 2025-26 SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF AC PLANT OF MATERNITY PLANT OF MH AMBALA WITH ALLIED WORK UNDER GE (UTILITY) AMBALA CANTT

Disconnecting of all connection from the Maternity AC package type Plant at MH Ambala having unit 3x10 TR(existing) and dismantling all eqpt such as 3 Nos Package unit, Cooling tower incl, PVC tank, ducting grills, electric Panel, servo stabilizers and connected civil works etc from plant including transportation and deposite to MES store yard GE (U) including making good with necessary PCC, plaster, colour wash and complete circuit work to matching with existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Supply, Installation, commissioning & testing of Water Cooled Package Unit comprising of Scroll Compressors , DX Evaporator coil, thermostatic expansion device air-cooled condensers, DIDW centrifugal blower, TEFC Motor, Micro- processor based control panel etc suitable for eco-friendly R-410 refrigerant gas machine All items shall be encased in sheet metal cabinet of following capacities 2 x 11 TR ( 2 x 11 TR working and 1 x 11 TR act as stand by) comprising of following :-

Condenser water circulation system comprising of the following :- 01 Job Make : Carrier

FRP induced draft type cooling tower of 30TR with PVC incernal and necessary MS piping including painting of pipe, direct drive propeller fan, spray section, PVC fins etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 01 No. make : Mihir /Advance/Paharpur/Delta/Polo.

PVC make up water tank of capacity 2000 liters installed on PCC/RCC/Brick work staging and complete with float valve etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 01 No. make: Sintex/Polycon.

Monoblock type 3 phases electric pumping set of 5.5 LPS at minimum 20 Mtr head working on 400V + 15 AC and FASD starter for recirculation of condenser water with ribbed rubber vibration isolation pads. (one working and one standby).complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.02 Nos. Make: Kirloskar/Beacon/ Jyoti/ Crompton.

MS ‘B’ class medium grade pipe lines for re-circulation of condenser water with fittings such as valves, tees, elbows, flanges, etc from cooling tower to pumps to condensers with Y-strainer in main line near cooling tower only, with necessary NRVs, Butterfly/sluice/gate valves etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 01 Job

Chilled water circulation system comprising of the following :- 01 Job

Adjustable type Aluminum power coated supply air grills/ diffuser with MS damper and fixed type aluminum powder coated return air grills/diffusers without damper. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 01 Job

Aluminum fresh air grills with MS volume control damper. 01 Job

Fire damper fusible plug type made out of MS sheet of 1.6mm thick with UL stamped fusible plug provided in each supply air duct in AHU room only for each air handling unit. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 01 Job

S&F of Electric strip heater of Cap 3KW Qty 6 Nos for preheating during winter season complete all as specifed and directed

S&F of Electric strip heater of Cap 3KW Qty 3 Nos for reheating during Monsoon season complete all as specifed and directed

Mono block centrifugal pump three phase electric pumping set each for 1.0 LPS at 20 Mtr head load of capacity working on 415 v AC for circulation of hot water with ribbed rubber vibration isolation pads (one working and one stand by).complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of pump: Kirloskar/Beacon/Crompton. 02 Nos

Power wiring to complete AC plant with armoured aluminum cable lying in trenches/slotted angle trays from main panel to chilling units, cooling tower, pumps, AHUs. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 01 Job

Supply air ducting work fabricated with PGI sheet of grade 120, class-VIII and IS:655 & 277. Insulation work with 13mm thick nitrile foam to duct wherever exposed to unconditioned space clading with aluminium sheet of 26 SWG thick. Acoustic insulation to duct will be done upto five meters of duct from the canvas connection of AHU with 25mm thick 24 Kg/m3 fibre glass wool, 28 SWG Al perforated sheet. The necessary support to duct will be provided using 25x25x3mm angle iron and will be fabricated at site as per standard engineering practice including necessary civil work if required at site, taking out of false ceiling carefully and refixing the same after ducting work. 01 Job

Notes :- (i) Necessary PCC foundation for compressor, motors, LT panels, cooling tower, hot water generator etc. deemded to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Necessary cable ducting, cable tray deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Any type of civil work or addition / alteration required for accommodating the equipment / machines in the existing AC plant room deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) Bidder should survey / visit to the existing AC plant before quoting the rates in liaision with Engr-in-Charge

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimbles upto equipment and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 20mm dia upto earthing test point / equipment fixed with 2 Nos. of mold steel clamps made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron and preforated water pipe 20mm dia galvanized iron pipe heavy grade 2.25 Mtr long and top with socket and plug and bottom connected to earth plate by silt and two bolts / nuts / washers complete with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and cast iron cover with frame all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part - I of SSR-2009 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 Mtr away from the outer edge of PCC Chamber. (ii) Galvanized iron earth wire 4mm dia upto earthing test point / equipment is encluded in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slainting position. (iv) 20mm dia galvanized iron pipe for watering shall be provided with a socket and plug and shall be 10cm above the ground level.
