Taking out existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster(any no of layers) on RCC roof surfaces as specified below and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) The roof surfaces shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up and cleaned to remove all foreign materials and dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/Sqm as per manufacturers instruction over 10mm thk plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC. (c) On this primed surface the approved APP modified bituminous memberrane with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.5Kg/Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied wtih bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm on transverse direction. Note : Material retrived to thrown in low lying area.

Extra over rendering for work in isolated width such as in bands, sunk pannels, cornices, skirting sides of slabs, parapet sides and top drip moulds etc and similar work not exc 15 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound .

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masnory, built in cement mortar.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 300 mm and 7 mm thick of approved colour as in verticle surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mrotar1:4 including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of skirting/dado etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons laid and bedded and jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Marble work green marble 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with green marble shade complete all as specified.
