M&L for Cleaning of iron reservoir tank to be cleaned after removing/draining out, silt/residual silt and scrapping the internal surfaces of the tank with wire brush, removal of all the fungus, deposited on the internal surface and removing the scrap material not exceeding 100 mtr away from site and washing the complete tank with bleaching powder solution complete all as specified and providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint on external surface of tank and writing “TANK CLEANED ON ………..” on external surface with white paint on black base. The letter height should not less than 4" complete all as specified and directed by EIC for tanks of capacity 46800.00 Litrs. Note : Material & Labour for incorporation of repairing of any lekage in tank is included in quoted rate.

M&L for Cleaning of PCC/RCC/ iron tank semi under ground reservoir tank to be cleaned after removing/draining out, silt/residual silt and scrapping the internal surfaces of the tank with wire brush, removal of all the fungus, deposited on the internal surface and removing the scrap material not exceeding 100 mtr away from site and washing the complete tank with bleaching powder solution includind applying two cots of lime wash on internal surface of wall including ceilling ,floor complete and writing “TANK CLEANED ON ………..” on external surface with white paint on black base including preparation of surface and applying two coat of cement base paint on the external surface. The letter height should not less than 4" complete all as specified directed for tanks of capacity 50000 Ltr.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick, all as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, all as directed.

Taking up or down old unserviceable GI/MS/PPR tubing and connetions including all fittings from the trenches , wall , floor etc complete as directed.

S&F Gun metal/PPR gate valve 15 mm bore with iron hand wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipes and fixed complete including taking down of old one .

3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc including all necessary fittings such as T,Bend,Joints,Nipple etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Foot valve /strainer for suction suitable for 80mm borepipe flanged ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts and washers packing material etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out to submersible pump of any capacity from bore well and lowering into bore well after repairing/rectification of defects in submersible motor pump. (Note-Repairing of pump and moter will be meassured and paid seperately).

Repair to submersible motor assembly of capacity 5/7.5 HP by dismantling unserviceable motor by cutting, wornt out copper winding,coupling etc and repalcing with new copper winding and necessary parts with necessary connections and testing then Reassembling with the pump and motor,including scrubbing and painting to moter complete as directed as specifed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to submersible pump of capacity 5/7.5 HP by dismantling unserviceable pump by replacing, wornt out impeller sets and repalcing with new impletter sets, motor pump coupling etc complete as directed as specifed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair and maintenance of centrifugal electric driven self primming pump set of capacity 40 HP by disconnecting the electric connection,removing from site and dismentling it and replacing the worn out motor shaft,bearing ,worn out winding and replacing with new, repair to centrifugal pump by replacing the worn out impeller,shaft gland,nuts and bolts and refixing at same position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Three Phase semi automatic star delta starter suitable for centrifugal pump/ submersibile pump set of capacity 7.5 HP, over load relay complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Three Phase semi automatic star delta starter suitable for centrifugal pump/ submersibile pump set of capacity 40 HP, over load relay complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of GI column pipe up to 50mm dia heavy duty class 'C' with GI flanged and drilled at both ends duly threaded and welded of 3 mtr long alongwith cut for passing the submersible cable including bolts, nuts, washers and rubber insertions packing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of PVC insulated and sheathed submersible cable flat three core copper conductor cable size 4.0 sqmm 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694/1990.

Supply and fixed cast iron air release valves with two air outlets,80 mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains including taking out of old valve.

Material and labour for Construction of valve pit of size 90cmx90cmx90cm (internal dimension) brick masonary with internal plastering from the top of surface including cover of MS sheet 3.15mm thick and angle iron of size 40cmx40cmx6cm with hinges and locking arrangement including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide and grouting to PCC 1:2:4, plastering in cement morter 1:4, foundation concrete 1:3:6 including necessary earthwork including demolition of old valve pit chamber complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of booster pump set of cap 0.5 HP, 230 volts, 1 phase, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make -Crompton (model No- MINI-FORCE II) or Equivalent in approved make.

M&L for repair of leakage of water supply line including necessary excavation up to 1.5 m depth in hard /dense soil with returning filling and removal of excavated soil and testing of pipeline after reparing complete all as specified and directed by engr-in charge. Note - Any connected items required for repair of pipe line such as Bend, socket, Aluminium sheet, insulation and anti freezing cable etc are included in quoted rate).

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs. 54,655.00 as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
