Overhauling of 6.6KV / 433V, 2 MVA or 1.2MVA oil filled type transformer with supply and replacement of all the cork gaskets including that of top cover ( by lifting of top cover/core or winding), inspection of core & winding, checking and rectification of miner defect (if any) and maintenance of transformer auxiliaries like WTI, OTI, MOG, buchholz relay, radiator valves and checking of IR value (before and after the job), magnetic balance test, voltage ratio test etc.Supply of required gasket is included in this item. Note: Filtration of its oil is not included in this item.
Overhauling of 11 KV / 433V, up to 500 KVA oil filled type transformer with supply and replacement of all the cork gaskets including that of top cover (by lifting of top cover/core or winding), inspection of core & winding, checking and rectification of miner defect (if any) and maintenance of transformer auxiliaries like WTI, OTI, MOG, buchholz relay, radiator valves and checking of IR value (before and after the job), magnetic balance test, voltage ratio test etc.Supply of required gasket is included in this item. Note: Filtration of its oil is not included in this item.
Filtration of transformer oil of up to 2MVA and 35 MVA transformer with ultra high vacuum filter machine till oil parameters such as BDV, water content are improved to a satisfactorily level as per revelant IS.
Painting of 6.6KV / 415V or 11KV/415V up to 2 MVA oil filled type transformers (along with its LV side bus duct ) with gray paint after cleaning the transformer.
Painting of 220/6.6KV 35 MVA oil filled type transformers (along with its LV side bus duct ) with gray paint after cleaning the transformer.
Replacement of marshling box glass including supply of glass and silicon rubber gaskets(gloved)
Supply and installation of HV bushing of porceline for 6.6KV/415V, 2MVA transformer.
