M & L for excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in bed block of post, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) all as specified engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RR masonry ,uncoursed ,well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted , built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel angle iron of size 65x65x6mm and flat iron of size 40x6 mm as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Bolt shall be paid seperately under respective item. (ii) Old and rusted angle iron/flat iron shall not be allowed to use.

S & F for Mild steel screw bolts of diameter of neck in 11-15 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply only for chain link galvanised steel wire fencing of 3.6-4.00 mm dia including line wires of 50mmx50mm mesh size to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, flat iron, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.(Binding wire, flat iron, nut bolt shall be measured seperately under respective item )

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M& L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when connected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft loose or hard dense soil all as specified and directed byengineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply only 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, as in weep hole and making good all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. ( rates for Making or leaving holes for fixing, pipes, bolts, etc. Included in RR masonery work as per SSR Pt -I)

M& L for flush pointing in CM 1:3 to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S & F round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and with chain link fancing (Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165)) all as specified and directed by Engineer -–in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in old size bricks in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by engineer -in charge.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying a coats of primer with two coat of cement base paint all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S & F formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns etc all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel soft drawn binding or tying wire, diameter 0.90 mm to 1.00mm annealed all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L framed work as in doors or gates made from angle iron of size 40x40x6mm, flat iron of size 25x6/40x10 mm and other section with gusset plates , rails,braces, etc complete , drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with hand including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides ) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Fe -410 W ( grade -E-250 ) quality -A. Note:- Old and rusted angle iron/flat iron shall not be allowed to use.
