Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc., complete all as specified and directed

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 Kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 2 but except bricks, using old unserviceable brick.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site, complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plastering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces on wall of any description using sand paper and applying two coats of cement base paint(white or tinted), over a coat of cement base primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemter over a coat of alkali resistant primer and over two coats of wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level), complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 100 mm thick D2(1:4:8) 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide groove not exc. 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumastic, complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping washing down with water to remove dust etc., and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per square metre, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/rectangular) area of each tile exe.0.18 sqm but n.exe.0.38 sqm, joint free tiles as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.13 here-in-before but on vervical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser etc.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid (joint free) ceramic paver tiles of size 300x300x10 mm thick, coloured as in path etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding door; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410-W (grade E-250), complete all as specifed and as directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 10cm long, and dia 16-20mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) including cover fillet, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised GI snap grid frame work of grid size 605x605 mm for false ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for asbestos fibre cement building board 4mm thick in ceiling fixed or laid/inserted to timber GI/Aluminium frame work with screw, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hanger of 6mm dia G.I (up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flats 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansio hold fasteners 12.5 dia 40 mm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L painting on new wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket bell or power) complete with all fitting such as batten, switch, ceiling rose, pendant, regulator, socket and brackets switch fuse etc removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc to match the existing surface all as directed .

M & L for point wiring for one light/ fan point/call bell controlled by one switch with 1100 volt grade PVC insulated FRLS 1.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable with continuous earth wire of 1.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated-unsheathed, drawn in & including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia & sunken anodized pressed sunken boxes made out of not less than 1.0 mm thick sheet, covered with 2.8 mm thick laminated insulated cover make sheet for housing/fixing switches etc complete all as specified and directed.
