13.80:Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

15.41:Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

OD138861/2026-2027:Providing and fixing sliding wardrobe of 150cmx210cmx50cm, fabricated from 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board of approved make and shade, including vertical sides, top, bottom, intermediate shelves and partitions, with sliding shutters made of 18 mm pre-laminated MDF, all exposed edges finished with matching 2 mm PVC edge banding using suitable adhesive. The wardrobe shall be provided with 2 nos. drawers with suitable channels, hanging rod of approved make and finish, suitable handles etc complete Two track sliding door fittings/accessories (hettich or equivalent), including top and bottom tracks, rollers, guides, stoppers and all necessary hardware and fasteners. The item shall include cutting, drilling, assembling, levelling, alignment, fixing, installation and all necessary labour, transportation, wastage and incidentals, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

9.154:Providing and fixing frame work for partitions/ wall lining etc. made of 50x50x1.6 mm hollow MS tube, placed along the walls, ceiling and floor in a grid pattern with spacing @ 60 cm centre to centre both ways (vertically & horizontally) or at required spacing near opening, with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ceiling/floors with steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, including making provision for opening for doors, windows, electrical conduits, switch boards etc., including providing with two coats of approved steel primer etc. complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
