OD301916/2025-2026:Annual Maintenance and servicing of 1TR/ 2TR 240/415V Vertical and Wall/ Floor Mounting type Split /Ductable split Air Conditioner Units covering all routine and preventive maintenance, attending to all breakdowns and rectifying the defects if any (excluding the cost of spare). The cleaning and servicing of IDU and ODU includes 1no. water servicing using chemicals, water pump etc. and 3 nos. Air servicing using cleaning materials and pressure air pump etc. The operating status of the units should be regularly monitored and intimated to the department staff in charge and the Air conditioner Units should be maintained in proper working condition through out the period of contract

OD301922/2025-2026:Supply and renewing 1 phase , 240V 2TR Rotary type fully sealed compressor in place existing damaged one and giving connection as required. including dismantling, refitting with new rubber bush, brazing with copper rod, leak testing, evacuation with pump and testing and commissioning etc.

OD301919/2025-2026:Supply for filling sufficient quantity of freon 22/32/410 A gas for existing air conditioner unit including leak testing rectifying the defects leak arresting including brazing and make the compressor in good working condition for the following. - 1TR/1.5TR/2TR/3TR

OD301921/2025-2026:Supply and renewing PCB suitable for 2TR/1.5TR/1TR A/C unit in the place of defective one and make the unit in perfect working condition..

OD301923/2025-2026:Supply and renewing 2.5/4 mfd capacitor suitable for out door fan motor of 1TR/1.5TR/2TR in the place defective one.

OD301917/2025-2026:Supply and renewing 36/45/50 mfd capacitor suitable for compressor motor of 1TR/1.5TR/2TR in the place defective one.

OD301920/2025-2026:Supply and renewing Indoor Blower Motor suitable for 3TR/2TR/1.5TR/1TR in the place of defective one and make the unit in perfect working condition
