Earthwork in all kinds of soil in excavation of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in all kinds of soil including moorum, hard stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders

Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation bed and floors using 40mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality

RCC work M20 with 20 mm and down graded size black hard grinite ( crusher broken ) stone chips including hoisting,lowering & laying concrete & compacting by using vibrator watering & curing for 4 weeks including cost & conveyance, royalties & taxes, Centring & Shuttering of all materials & labour required for the work etc complete with all T & P in all respect but excluding cost & conveyance of M.S rods & binding wires & tying the grills & placing in proper position.A) Column footing
