01-Work for Periodic overhauling of Two (02) numbers VOITH make

Spare cost of must change items to be changed compulsorily during overhauling of the diesel engine as per Annexure-II

1/3 rd Spare cost of condition based item on the basis of past experience. The condition based items are to be replaced after joint inspection when dismantling the engine during overhauling as per list Annexure-III

Labour cost for overhauling of above diesel engine for removal, reconditioned, calibration, and testing including repair of sub-assemblies like starter motor assembly, battery charging alternator, hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump and oil cooler

Removal of Radiator and complete overhauling & installation of Radiator

Supply & Replacement of fuel, lub oil, water and air hoses/flexible pipe for connection of the engine to radiator, fuel tank, compressor, fuel pump etc

Transportation cost for engine from Kanchrapara to firms premises and back, octroi, cost of insurance for engine for Transit including all type of packing and handling for engine

Labour charges for installation and commissioning of the engine with following works: (i) Supervision of assistance with demounting the engine. (ii) External inspection of the engine. (iii) Receipt inspection of repair engine at Firm's premises for completeness of the overhauling & checking of various parameters at no load condition. (iv) Supervise or assistance and engine installation on the car after receipt of overhauled engine. (v) Fitments of the repaired sub-assemblies on the equipments completion of the coolant line, hydraulic lines and engine on no load condition. (vi) Carry out a check after confirming correctness of the installation. (vii) Starting and checking of the parameter of the engine on no load condition. (viii) Load Trial of the equipments. (ix) Joint inspection after load Trial.
