Bulk/Full quantity of this tender is restricted to be procured from RDSO approved sources only for RDSO item ID 3100423 & Sub Item ID 3100423007 [Centre Pivot assembly (top & bottom)] only. Clause No. 2.5.1 of GCC attached herewith may be referred to for full details. Developmental order may be placed on firm as per clause no.2.5.1 of SER Instructions to Tenderers and General conditions of Tender w.e.f 15.08.2028. Status of approval will be considered as on the date of tender opening only as per clause 2.5.1 of SER Instruction to Tenderers & General conditions of Tender w.e.f 15.08.2026.

The Authorised dealers must upload tender specific authorization in proper format preferably as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached with the tender failing of which their offer will not be considered as valid offer and summarily be rejected. No back reference will be entertained

The procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item and participates in the tender it does so at their own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be a Class-I local supplier for this item, shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying eligibility criteria conditions. Warranty /Guarantee Clause: 72 months from the date of manufacture or 60 months from the date of fitment/commissioning of the wagon, whichever is earlier.
