Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres as directed by the Engineer-in- charge

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
