New Construction of Road from Kajipura Chaurahe to Gram Milak Nibbi Singh.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Cement Treated Sub-Base Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @2% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixed in place with rotavator and comacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base.

Cement Treated Base Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired uncomfired compressive strength and to form a layer of base.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer/ Bituminous surface as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508 (By Manual Means)

Providing and laying Type "C" seal coat by manual means with VG-10 sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per Technical Specification Clause 510 ( By Manual Means)

Supply & Fixing 80 mm thick Precast cement concrete I-Shape interlocking paver block a with top layer of minimum 8mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. cement, Smooth high gloss finish, skid reditant. manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression machanism. The compressive strength of concrere paver block shall not be less than 30MPA (M-30) and wight 5kg per no confirming to IS; 15658-2006 with a 4 cm thick layer of fine sand including cost of material,labour, T & P TAXES etc requried for proper completion of the work as directed by Enginner- in-charge.

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 I.P.C.C grade M 10
