Conducting survey work with the help of DGPS and preparation of plan, elevation etc. drawings, where applicable, including hire charges of all machinaries, technicians, personnel, labour, tax and all incidental charges etc. complete in all respect upto the satisfaction of EIC including preparation of 05(Five) sets of drawings in tracing cloth of suitable size along with soft copy. (a) Site Plan : It should consists of all topographical features with detail measurements- Buildings, roads ,drain, boundary wall, trees, gardens, pump houses, pits, CGR ,ponds etc.within the compound premises along with near by major highways, other roads, bus terminus, stadiums etc.

(b) built up drawings of all buildings with in the compound of Naihati State General Hospital, viz. plan, elevation, side elevation, roof plan, drainage of rain water plan, isometric view, perspective view in 3 dimensional should be captured and prepared floor wise, building wise separately as well as in-consolidated form.
