Providing and laying C.C. (1:1.5:3) in wearing coat & Parapet Copping with coarse sand FM of 2.0 and well graded aggregate 4.75 to 20 mm. size including cost of all labour, material, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Struck pointing work in 1:2 C.M. with Coarse sand F.M. of 2.0 including cost of all material labour, T&P required for proper completion of work.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved make of required shade on old/ new wall surface (two coats) over one coat of white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt/ powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.
