S&F in repair aesthetically designed LED security light luminaires of 70 Watts system wattage for energy saving having IP 66 degree of protection, with minimum system efficiency as>85%, made of pressure die casting aluminum housing power coated in graphite grey and heat resistant toughened glass with excellent thermal management. LED should have lens optics and uniform distribution of light. Fitting should have operating voltage range of 120-270 VAC, THD<10%, P.F>.95 including taking down carefully old unserviceable security light fitting of 4x24 watt from pole and removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, ducts, passing through pipe on walls, poles of size 16 sqmm 4 core including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exeeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/laying of cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L well burnt sub class 'B' bricks as in protection of cable laid dry, flat, abutting each other width wise complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with using clean dry and natural river sand and gently punning down below/around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and fix in repair street light FRP PVC box consisting of 01 No MCB 10 Amps, 10 KA capacity including aluminium strip bus bar for incoming and outgoing cable with necessary connection duly fixed on the pole with suitable size of MS clamp, nuts and screws complete all as specified and directed. Make- Sintex or equivalent.

S&F in repair aluminium conductor multistranded 1.5Sqmm two core 1100 volts grade, passing through and including PVC or steel conduit from FRP box to fitting with suitable cable lugs, clamps, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bracket with clamp for fixing street light fitting made out of GI pipe light grade 25 mm dia of length 1.5 mtr including bending to shape complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Frame mountable astronomical timer (Timer switch for street lights) with 365 days time zone with real time clock and contactor of 40 Amp 3 Pole per phase with Short circuit current and Over Current Protection with input Isolator of 40 Amps complete having 3 line output with MCB SP 25 Amps and assembled complete in front openable outdoor panel having IP 54 protection 16 Gauge cabinet powder coated with 7 tank process with locking arrangement complete with suitable angle iron frame structure for floor mounting with necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair astronomical timer switch 110 to 240 VAC, LED indication complete all as per site all as directed. Make : - Havells/L&T/ C&S.

Supply and fix in repair contactor 40 Amps (MNX40) suitable for street light timer complete all as specified and directed. Make : - Havells/L&T/ C&S.
