Repair/replacement of roof treatment of Garhi Cantt AOR of AGE B/R-II of GE Dehradun.

Taking down existing roof treatment/cement plaster on roof including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in cement motar 1:3 on concrete surface finished even and smooth with using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (water proofing compound will be paid separately).

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proof treatment described as under:- (a) Surface preparation with Asian smart care mortar and GP groute mortar and treating of construction joints, filling of honey combs with polymer modified mortar (Cement: Sand : smart care multipurpose polymer of Asian Paints or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger ) (b) Cleaning the surface and applying (Resin & Hardner) smart care Epoxy Primer 2k of Make Asian paints or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger ) on the cleaned surface for bonding of PU magnum with the existing concrete surface. (c) Supplying, providing and applying water proof treatment to Terrace area with Asian Paints Smart care PU magnum, single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger) including all necessary surface preparation, coving using smart care multipurpose polymer, water pond test, etc. complete as per manufacture's specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have dual combination of 250% elongation . Execution to be done with authorised applicator of the manufacturer and bank gurantee to be given by the contractor as specified in PS. Work will be executed in smart assurance system

Removing / cutting trees vegetation, digging out roots from concrete or brick wall, filling holes on building (Block of 4 qtrs) wall / roof / chajja etc applying and making good with epoxy mortar (Asian/Berger) and applying surface treatment to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work including doors, gates etc of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings , Iron Chowkhats etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming toFe 290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming Fe-290 (Gde E-165)complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridge complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvantume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls,fixed vwith self tapping screws as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an ecofriedly colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 1.25 mm thick mild steel plain black sheet in covering to door shutters covering to door chowkhats, water troughs, urinal troughs and funnels and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing with all fittings for 15 mm bore GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing with all fittings for 20 mm bore GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing 15mm bore GI tubing (retrieved from item No 14 above) and connections in new or old position with all fittings to floor, wall or ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing 20mm bore GI tubing (retrieved from item No 15 above) and connections in new or old position with all fittings to floor, wall or ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of exc 250 ltr and not exc 500 ltr Capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tank of exc 250 ltr and not exc 500 ltr Capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F three layer external and internal white rotational moulded polyethylene 500 Ltrs Capacity water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia brass ball valve, with polythelene float and fly nut complete all as specified and directed.
