Annual maintenance of sanitary, storm sewer conduit system and drainage sewer by using water jet mechanical device system within Action Area-I and safe disposal of accumulated sludge and maintenance of Garden and compound cleaning of ISLS-V at AA-ID

A. Mechanical device Hiring of a Trailer Truck mounted with suction(capacity not less than 2150 cum/hour) and water jetting pump ( capacity not less than 350 lpm) including water Tank(Capacity 5500 lit minimun) and liquid sludge tank (6500 lit capacity minimum) equipped with necessary attachments, tools, suction pipe, nozzles etc as required with Driver, Assistant driver, Technical supervisor, helpers, Fitter Mechanic with Helper, Khalasis, Mathor Majdoors etc including operation for cleaning of obstruction,debris and blockage with water jet, desilting by suction and disposal of silt and solid waste to land fill site from drainge channel/conduit as per direction of the E.I.C. Note: i) The normal working hours per day is Eight hours including interval for half an hour for rest. ii) Measurement as per log sheet approved by the E.I.C and the rate exclusive cost of fuel and lubricant. iii) Each day 72 km average quantity of works. iv) Each day removal of sludge 15 cum & water consumption 26.40 cum.

Supply of Diesel and lubricant for movement & operation of vehicle/Treller mounted with mechanical devices with tools & plants and for opration of compressor and pumps and all other accessories as reqired. Note: i) Cost of Diesel and lubricant to be reimbursed as per stipulated consumption and IOC rate prevailed during operation, on production of cash memo. ii) Consumption of Disel oil is 2.5 km per lit. iii) Consumption of Mobil is 100 km per lit. iv) Measurement as per log sheet approved by the E.I.C. for reimbursemen.No tender stipulation shall be imposed.

B. DPS at AA-IB Daily wages in respect of contractors Labour engaged as Gardener working at different places under New Town Kolkata Water Supply Division-II,PHE Dte. (01 Nos. Gardener / day X 365 days) Including EPF, ESI and Contractor Profit @ 10%

Provision for future Rate enhancement including arear payment as per Govt. order 01 No. X 365 Days X Rs. 50.00 = Rs. 18,250.00

This include supply of labour tools & plants including materials & watering. (Two time per month)

Submitting Coloured photographs of the gardening done for every season through out the period of maintenance. Minimum size of photograph 7" x 5". (2 Set photograph in each month only for flower)

C. ISLS-V at AA-ID Daily wages in respect of contractors Labour engaged as Gardener working at different places under New Town Kolkata Water Supply Division-II,PHE Dte. (02 Nos. Gardener / day X 365 days) Including EPF, ESI and Contractor Profit @ 10%
