Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lifts and upto a lead of 50m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- In cement mortar

Dismantling old plaster or pointing raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for replastering or repointing in/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground withall leads and lifts etc. complete as per direction of the Eng-in-charge.

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete.i) In Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level.

i)1 : 3 : 6 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate of 40 mm nominal size)

ii) 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate of 20 mm nominal size)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.i) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm / m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. i) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer in charge. (Glazing and paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :-

For fixed portion of approved quality:- Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required ( Fittings shall be paid for separately ):-

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated three layer medium density (exterior grade ) particle board grade-I, type II conforming to IS : 12823 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge :- Prelaminated particle board of approved quality with decorative lamination on both side.

Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :- With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness ( weight not less than 10.0 kg / sqm )

providing wood work in frames of doors windows clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position.(i)Local teak wood :-

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame and adjacent RCC/brick work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality etc. complete as per architectural drawing and direction of the Engineer-in charge:- (i) Upto 5 mm depth and 5 mm width.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. i) Fixed to steel windows by welding.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture ( Payment shall be made after submission of test certificate issued by the manufacture) (i) New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm)

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of aluminium composite panel material of approved thickness and specification. Aluminium Composite Panels of 4mm total thickness with Top coil – 0.50mm AA3003 / AA3105 / AA5005 Grade , manufactured as per IS-737 1986, FR Grade Class A2+ with 3mm Aluminium Corrugated Core as per standard EN 13501-1, class A2, and Bottom coil – 0.50mm AA3003 / AA3105 / AA5005 Grade manufactured as per IS-737 1986 with minimum 25 microns lead free PVDF Coating conforming to AAMA2605 on top coil and Service coating on Back Coil (4 - 6 microns) having minimum panel weight of 4 Kg/m2

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboo wood in wall skirting with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1900mm length (minimum) and 85mm wide(minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The skirting shall be fixed with SS screws & rawl plugs, over underlayment of 4mm thick, expanded poly ethylene foam sheets having 40kg/cum density over prepared surface. The bomboo wood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood wall cladding at all height with planks of sizes 10mm thick, 1800mm length (minimum) and 100 mm wide (minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC), with necesasary profiled edges fixed with 40mm SS screws 5 nos in each tile to frame work made of local teak wood of size 20x15 mm in centre of each tile and bottom and top of work height, 40x15mm placed at ends of each tile. The cladding shall be laid over backlayment of 1.00 mm thick expanded poly ethylene foam of density 40kg/cum in two layers, first layer on wall surface before fixing wooden frame and second layer on frame under cladding. The bomboo wood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
