Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Electrically Driven Horizontal Splitcasing Centrifugal Multistage Pump, Coupled with TEFC, Squirrel Cage Induction Motor, 22 KW / 30 HP, 1470 RPM Motor, conforming to IS, 40 LPS discharge at 30 metres Head, with Cast Iron Casing, Bronze Impeller and Stainless Steel Shaft, of Suction X Delivery size of 150 X 100mm, mounted on heavy duty bearings Suitable for continuous operation, suitable for operation 440 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC Supply, Energy Efficient IE-2 Motor, mounted on MS Fabricated Common Baseplate, Coupling, Coupling Guard, Foundation Bolts duly aligned for suction priming, Statically and Dynamically balanced Rotating Element, Base Plate for Priming the Pump, including PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying MS ERW Pipe, 150 mm bore, Medium Grade , conforming to IS – 1239 including all fittings as in connections from Pump to delivery pipeline or laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings including running welding all the joints and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Sluice Valve, Cast Iron body, Stainless Steel Spindle, Gun Metal Rings including Wheel for operation, Flanged and Drilled, 150 mm Dia, conforming to IS – 14846, Class PN –1.6, Non Rising Type, Long Body type including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Cast Iron Non Return Valve with bypass arrangement with suitable flanges, suitable for 150 mm bore pipes confirming to IS – 5312, Class PN – 1.6, including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Foot Valve, Cast Iron Body, 150mm bore with Flanged ends of any pattern Confirming to IS – 4038, ISI Marked including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay and testing of single core 10 Sq.mm, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor cable, 1100 Volts, FRLSH Grade, ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 32 X 6mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 150mm bore water meter with removable mehanism, hermetically sealed as per class B CI body magnetic driven confirming to ISO 4064, copper casing dial as per IP 68, flanged ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting/ drilling of CI/DI/MS pipe of size 150mm bore for inserting 150mm bore water meter complete with all necessary items/fittings such as flanges, welding etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting holes into or through stone / brick masonry / walling built in cement mortar exceeding One brick and not exceeding Two brick thick walls and making good in Cement Mortar 1:3 or Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 as required for inserting 150mm bore Pipelines etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 50mm bore Cast Iron Single Outlet Air Valve, with Flanged End conforming to IS – 14845 fixed to CI/DI water supply mains of 150mm bore with necessary rubber insertion sheet, bolts, nuts & washers complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Construction of Valve Chamber of size 900 X 900 X 900 mm internal size suitable for Sluice Valve, with PCC 1:4:8, Type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation, 200 mm thick Brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6, 40 mm thick PCC, 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate Coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of Mild Steel Sheet Cover 3 mm thick with 40 X 40 X 6 mm size Angle Iron frame work embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements including two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surfaces, necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil etc., removal of surplus soil off the premises complete all as specified and shown on drawing CEDD / TD / 119, Sheet No. 1 / 1 dated 20 August 1983, revised up to 21 September 1992.
