Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation and for pipes cables etc. in ordinary soil including fitup to 1.5m and dressing of sides and ramming bottoms and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the engineer with in a lead of 50m.D.S.R.2.6.1

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.D.S.R.2.35.3.1

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches ,plinth,sides of foundation etc . in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth ,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m D.S.R.2.25

Filling with available fly ash and earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm), with intermediate layer of compacted earth (Soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides & top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30 cm or as decided by Engineer -in-charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ ramming and watering, all complete as per drawing and irection of Engineer -in - charge.D.S.R.2.38

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. .D.S.R.2.27

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4 coarse sand:08graded brick aggregated 40mm .nominal size.) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level .D.S.R.4.1.8

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3 coarsesand : 6graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed by dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth .D.S.R.4.17

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level ;1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) D.S.R.5.1.2

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)D.S.R.5.2.2

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chaijas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).D.S.R.5.3
