Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 500 metes lead in:Channels, angles, tees and flats

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.-minimum thickness 2.00 mm) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes.All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work, painting over the existing structure after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper,all works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Providing ridges or hips width 120 cm overall width plain Galvalume sheet of 0.50 mm thick and a minimum overlap of 40 cm.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal, and bitumen washers complete.The rate inclusive of cost and conveyance of material to site and necessary scaffoldings which required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charge, scaffolding etc complete as required.

Providing and fixing 200mm (or nearest greater available size) UPVC half split square type eave gutter including cost of all necessary fittings (PVC down pipe to be paid separately) and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, scaffolding etc complete. The rate also includes providing necessary support to the gutter by using MS Angles or straights.

Providing and fixing PVC pipes including fixing the pipe with clamps/ clips/ at 1.00 m spacing . This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 110 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2 - External work- Exposed on wall

Providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Rigid PVC pipes, including jointing with PVC solvent cement- 110 mm dia Bend
