Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 301).

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrow pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits (land owned/arranged by the Agency with Royalty) with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1 .The size course material in the mix of earth ordinarily shall not be exceed 75mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305). Cost of compensation for Earth material & its carriage from private land at 5km distance have been included in the rate. [Note: Royalty as appicable will be deducted from Agency's bill if not produce Royalty clearance certificate from the competent authority.]

Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1.The size course material in the mix of earth ordinarily shall not be exceed 75mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305) [Note: In case the earth cutting is done by dozer and pushed for filling in the embankment, the input of dozer in the cost of embankment i.e. ₹ 39.63/m3 shall be deducted from the Rate.]

Supplying, spreading and consolidating an uniform and homogeneous mixture of Stone Dust and Sand (mixed in proportion of 3 : 1 by volume and by any approved method as per direction of Engineer-inCharge) to the required thickness in layers at 97% Proctor Density (not less than 1.7 gm/cc) with power roller to proper gradient and camber, including watering as necessary, lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary complete as per Specification including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants..

Granular Sub-Base with Graded Material Plant Mix Method Construction of granular sub-base byproviding graded material such as natural sand/crushed gravel/ crushed stone/combination depending uponthe required grading spreading inuniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by appropriate mechanical mixure (with controlled addition of water), and compacting with vibratory roller toachieve at least 98% of the maximum dry density for the material determined as per IS:2720 (Part 8),complete as per clause 401 Granular Sub-base (Grading - V). Using Pakur variety stone material. (Payment will be made on the basis of finished compacted volume)

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate conforming to the grading of table 400-13 revised vide table 2 of IRC : 109 (2015) to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density .The thickness of a single compacted layer shall not be less than 75 mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification 406.
