Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor-rated curved/faceted anamorphic LED video wall system including LED cabinets, SMD 3-in-1 modules, receiving cards, power supplies, waterproof connectors, cabinet cabling, mounting brackets, pixel mapping, calibration and integration with processor/CMS. Active LED size approx. 15 m x 9 m, subject to final approved geometry. Specification: P6/P5.9 class or better; pixel pitch 6.7 mm or better; brightness 7500 nits class; refresh rate >= 3840 Hz; IP65 front/rear or better; Timer And contractor for auto switch on/off,16-bit colour processing; 100,000-hour life. Supply, configuration and commissioning of professional LED video processing and playback system at each location, including 4K/8K-ready LED processor, HDR/scaling/colour correction, sending/receiving system, industrial media server, scheduling system, brightness scheduling, day/night profiles, event override playback, remote monitoring and required licenses. Make: Novastar / Brompton / Colorlight / Dell / HP / Lenovo / approved equivalent.

Design and execution of complete civil foundation system for both landmark structures, including site survey interface, excavation, PCC, reinforcement, shuttering, M25 RCC raft/isolated footing/foundation block as per structural design, embedded plates/base plates, chemical anchors, grouting, waterproofing, anti-corrosion treatment, backfilling, disposal of surplus material and plinth finishing. Final size to be as per soil report, wind/seismic analysis and licensed structural engineer certification.

Engineering, fabrication, supply and erection of hot-dip galvanised/epoxy-painted MS or equivalent engineered steel frame including primary/secondary members, bracing, LED mounting rails, sculptural support frame, connection plates, bolts, welds, access supports, scaffolding, crane deployment, safe lifting arrangements, corrosion protection and public-safe finishing. To comply with IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 3043, NBC and local requirements.

Complete mounting and installation of LED cabinets and structural assemblies including rigging hardware, alignment jigs, curvature alignment, waterproof sealing, cabinet positioning, module alignment, cable dressing, screen calibration, perspective/viewing-cone validation and final adjustment for anamorphic playback. Includes skilled manpower, tools, tackles, safety barricading and installation consumables.

Supply and installation of prefabricated weatherproof control room at each site including civil base interface, insulated enclosure, cooling, ventilation, operator furniture, equipment rack, monitoring display, internal lighting, power DB, cable entry glands, locking arrangement, earthing and fire extinguisher provision. Size: 8 ft x 10 ft per site with cooling, ventilation, rack, furniture and monitoring display.

Supply, laying, termination, testing and labelling of dedicated electrical and data infrastructure including main LT panel, MCCB/MCB/RCCB/ELCB, SPD, isolators, LED power DBs, outdoor IP65 junction boxes, armoured copper/XLPE power cabling, cable trays/conduits, Cat6/fibre network cabling, patch panels, racks, cable management, automated power-up/power-down sequence, emergency shutdown and as-built network documentation. Switchgear/cables: Schneider / Siemens / L&T / ABB / Polycab / Finolex / Havells / KEI / approved equivalent.

Supply, installation and commissioning of 130 kVA class servo stabiliser/UPS or as per final calculated LED load with redundancy for critical controls, including surge protection, bypass, battery backup for control systems, dual independent earth pits, clean earth for AV/control, earth strips, bonding, lightning arrestor, testing points and electrical safety testing. Target earth resistance: <= 1 ohm. UPS/stabiliser make: APC / Vertiv / Numeric / Consul / approved equivalent.
