ANNUAL CIVIL MAINTENANCE WORK IN HWBF,TALCHER PLANT SITE FOR THE YEAR 2026-27

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and lift upto 1.5 m, including re-filling around them and in plinth with excavated selected soil in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, watering and ramming etc., disposing of all surplus earth to a lead of 2km. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and filling sand in plinth,under floors including watering,ramming,consolidating and dressing,etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate) with 40mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations,plinth,and under floor including ramming,leveling,curing,formwork wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4( 1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm, 10mm & 6mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations,plinth,and under floor including ramming,leveling,curing,formwork wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3( 1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm and 10mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations,plinth,and under floor including ramming,leveling,curing,formwork wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in roofs, slabs, lintels, beams, chajjas, columns, walls, vertical/horizontal fins and all kinds of maintenance works including drip moulds, centering, shuttering, scaffolding, consolidating, curing etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Providing ,laying and fixing in position TMT/HYSD bar of grade Fe-500D or more reinforcement for RCC in situ work including cost of straightening,cutting,bending & binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire , cement mortar spacer blocks etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying Brick work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 including cost of scaffolding, raking of joints, curing etc. all complete at all levels as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and applying 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 fine sand ) proportion over brick masonry walls and concrete surfaces at all heights,including racking of joints,hacking of concrete surfaces, curing,scaffolding,providing grooves etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and applying two or more coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) , having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour, of approved manufacturer and shade over already distempered / primed scrapped surfaces of walls in residential quarters and public buildings including preparation of surface by scrapping and applying wall putty (as per the requirement) for distempering, cost of Brush, Sand paper, Wall Putty, Scaffolding etc. all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
