Taking down the old unserviceable and high energy consuming HPSV/ MH/ CFL/FTL /4x14W Street Light fittings of any make or any capacity from the pole of 9 Mtr after disconnecting the electric connection carefully complete all as directed.

Supplying & fixing energy efficient 45W LED Street Light fixtures with lens made of pressure die cast aluminium housing and enclosed with toughened glass, control gear and all other associated accessories and colour temperature more than 6500 ºK and conforming to the degree of protection IP - 66 suitable for pole dia Ø 32/40 mm on existing poles complete all as specified and directed . Make:- Bajaj Cat Part No BRTFG 45W LED or equivalent in Halonix/Wipro/CG

S&F copper conductor cable PVC insulated single core 1.5 Sqmm (two run for Phase & Neutral) and single run 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable for earth wire (Green Colour) through and including PVC conduit 15mm dia as per site requirment from junction box to street light, complete all as specified and directed. Note : One run of phase, neutral & earth wire will be measured as one length.

Supplying & fixing street light fitting bracket made out of 32mm bore GI pipe, light grade, tubing bend to shape, 1.2 metre long, fixed to pole/wall with and including two sets of clamps made out of flat iron of size 30x5 mm with bolts, nuts and washers, complete as per sample and design, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing pole junction box sheet moulded compounded (SMC) type with hinged door and locking arrangement of size 200 x 140 x 95mm internal comprising one No SP MCB 6 Amps capactiy and one No bakelite based neutral link one No earthing terminal and Four Nos aluminium bus bar of suitable capacity including nuts, bolts, MS clamp etc. complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix street light timer switch capacity 5 KW 20 Amps, 3 Phase complete all as specified and directed. Make - Nature switch Model No SWADEEP-02EC 5KW3P or equivalent in Schneider / Siemens / Indoasian

Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to 4mm dia galvanized iron wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel complete with 15mm dia light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel including char coal dust, salt, PCC 1:2:4 in pit with precast RCC M-15 cover reinforced with XPM not less then 4.00 Kg per sqm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, returning filling in complete as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated, including testing on completion. NOTE: The rates for earthing includes the cost of earth lead and protection pipe upto 7.50m length.
