Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts in pick work and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiseling wedging out of rock where blasting in prohibited saturated soil including bailing / pumping out of water, stacking the excavated soil in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement mortar 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls , the size of plum shall usually be 150 to 300mm as per HPPWD specification and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weepholes in brick maosnry / stone masonry plain reinforced concrete, abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending, through the full width of the structures with slopes of 1 (V): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification

Stone filling behind abutment, wing wall, return wall and retaining/ breast walls with granular material complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering & shuttering in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens ballies, height of propping and cent ring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor landings and the like up to 200mm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding1.00 mtr in depth in all heights from floor.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting bending binding and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat of rough side of brick/Concrerete /stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth CM 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wood panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clear story windows including black enameled iron with necessary screws 40mm thick in all leads and lifts (2nd class deodar wood) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thorughly cleaning oil dirt grease and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing the give and even shade incuding cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping with rady mixed paint other than white in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with oil bound distamper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on undecoated wall surface to give an even shade over and including priming coat of whiting after thooughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wallsurfaces (one coat) to give an even shade after thoroghly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required shade with necessary screw etc.complete.

Steel work welded in built up section including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying jointing and testing in trenches of various dia galvanized mild steel tube confirming to IS: 1239-Part-II with up to date amendments including tube fitting such as bends, tees, unions etc. complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing CI sluice valve of Leader make of various dia (with hand wheel) as per IS: 780-1984 class-1 upto 300mm dia i/c brass spindle and as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia> 300mm) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. (the tail piece if required shall be measured and paid for separately).
