Clearing heavy jungle including uprooting stumps of trees and trees above 1M girth and thick bushes including bamboo premeasurement etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earthwork in excavation in ordinary soil withing 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rought dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth on foundation trenches including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring and shuttering , dewatering if required etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with M20 in using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC M20 grade in Foundation and Plinth, footings, bases of columns, mass concrete, precast slabs etc having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days excluding centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in RCC WALL having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days excluding centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Centering, shuttering for Foundation and plinth, base footing, Base of column, mass concrete, precast slabs etc. including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of Filling bitumen and cement and jute fibre with thermacoal in expansion joints inclusive of cost of materials, bitumen and cement proportion (3:1) including cleaning before pouring 12mm to 25mm and 15cm depth. of approved quality and dimensionincluding cost, conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in Chage.

6 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) finished smooth over rough RCC surfaces etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
