Supply of 16 meter High Mast shaft in two section,with base dia.410 mm and top dia 150 mm with plate thickness bottom 4 mm and top 3 mm, PCD 490 mm with the base plate of 570 mm , hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as 55 m / sec.as per IS:875(Part-III) with raising and lowering system comprising head frame,2 steel wire rope 6 mm dia.(AISI 304, 7/19 construction) trailing cable,( Copper 5 CORE 2.5 sq mm EPR Insulated PCP Sheathed ) double drum SWL (750 Kg) of winch ( integral Motor 1 HP 6 Pole single speed, ) galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 8 luminaries symmetrically and its control gear boxes and lighting. The high mast shall have an integral power tool install inside the base compartment for its operation. (Surya / Valmont / Bajaj / Crompton)

Supply and fixing of foundation bolt manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common templates. (Surya / Valmont / Bajaj / Crompton)

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 63 Amp. TPN MCB incomer, single dial timer, 45 ATP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 nos. 9 Amp. contactors and raise lower push button, incoming 35 Sq.mm and outgoing 16 & 2.50 Sq.mm terminals etc. as reqd. Panel should be erected in min. 14 gauge CRCA sheet Box with supporting angels, self-lock, gasket and slanting top erected in CC foundation in an approved manner.

Construction of suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 concrete for the 16 Mtr. high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at size as 10 T / sq. meter at 2 meter depth with all materials and labours.

Erection of 16 Mtr. high mast with the help of suitable tools and tackles, wiring of luminaries with all wiring material and labour as reqd.

Supplying of XLPE insulated & PVC tape inner sheathed aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4 x 16 Sq. mm. confirming to IS:7098 (Part- I) 1988 with up to date amendment as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 35 sqmm.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required Upto 35 sqmm. (Clamped with 1mm thick saddle).

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 x 16 sq. mm. size of PVC sheathed XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
