Providing & laying heavy duty non skid coloured digital printed floor tiles of size 300mmX300mm ,8 to 10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the tiles colour over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cm 1:6 and dismentling of existing tiles/blocks of any discription complete in all respect as specified and directed. make-somany(heavy duty),johnson (Endura), Orient Bell(Pavers)

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair and neeru finish to plastering surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plinth protection or in foot path of 75 mm thick of cement concrete using type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) in alternate penals and finished fair and even complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F for 55-60mm thick coloured, glazed pre coated interlocking or without interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658/1237 with upto date amendments, M-35 Grade with grey cement with pigment laid over fine river bed sand complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note:- River bed sand shall be measured and paid separately). Sample as approved by GE.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for coloured rubber moulded, glazed pre coated chequered cement concrete tiles of any shape and size 20-25mm thick with grey cement with pigment,; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment in floors including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete in all respect as specified and directed. Sample as approved by GE.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or undecorated surfaces of wall/ceiling using wall care putty to fill the voids and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated cement plaster surfaces with pre mixed steel filler used as putty for steel work and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of priming paints plaster coats before painting complete all as specified and directed.
