M&L for preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post hole (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone agrregate ) as in bed blocks , coping and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick rendering cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC shall be paid seperately)

M&L for 10mm thick plaster on roof, chajja and roof parapet of CM (1:3) on RCC finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc ncl taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for three coats of white wash to newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new surfaces with 2mm thick wall putty and applying two coat of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L two coats of weather proof emulsion paint Apex in newly plastered surface over a coat of primer incl preparing the surface with 2mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling surface including salt, glue and blue etc. as required incl cleaning of glass panes, floor and plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preperation of old painted plastered or stone surfaces of any description and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of asian paint or other equivelent as approved complete upto six storey height all as specified and directed b Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation old surfaces of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of acrylic distemper on walls including cornices, pilasters etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation surface of old wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preperation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width of girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint/Aluminium paint/Golden paint (any tint/shade) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F for GI tubing 15mm bore, medium grade ISI marked with all fittings(such as bends, elbows, Tee short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions, including short lengths etc.) ( heavy grade ISI Marked) , fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing of 15mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) together with all fittings heavy duty (ISI Marked ) (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and fixed complete to walls and ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors Complete all as specified and directed

Refixing old steel tubing of 20mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) together with all fittings heavy duty (ISI Marked ) (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and fixed complete to walls and ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors Complete all as specified and directed

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in Cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water pipe etc and making good, cutting not exc 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 20mm dia gun metal gate valve with iron wheel haeded screwed both ends to iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC water storage tank triple layer white colour cylindrical, vertical with closed top with threaded cover hoisted and fixed in position tank capacity 1000 Ltr with and including ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for 25mm bore of iron pipe and making connection for inlet and outlet including dismantle of old water tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
