1. ESI shall be straightway rejected.

2. Administrative/ service charges will be paid on the rate fixed by HKRN or fixed under the concerned centrally sponsored schemes / Basic wage rate excluding EPF/ ESI.

3. Administrative / Service charges will be considered upto two decimal values on the rate fixed by HKRN or fixed under the concerned centrally sponsored schemes/Basic wage rate excluding EPF / ESI and tenderer shall also mention service / administrative charges rate both in figures and words.
