M&L for preparing of black top road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg/10 Sqm, putting in premixed as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick),well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.06 Cum of sand) again rammed including supply of premix, binder ,stone aggregates and sand (The depth of pot holes not exc 30mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick (Consolidated Thickness) bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete with 6.00 % binder content(Paving Bitumen any penetration) by weight of total mix rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and comoacted to required gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying thermoplastic road marking paint (White colour) 10 cm wide in centre line and edge line of road with 2.75 mm or more thickness,applied in strips of 1.5 mtr lenth (Dashes) using mechanically propelled vehicle consisting heated hooper mounted on a Pram, which feeds hot molten thermoplastic under gravity to a rectangular screed with a gate at the base whose opening is set to produce the thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of delenator post size of 1.2 mtr long made of 75 mm OD MS pipe of 16 guage painted with stove enamelled black paint and 3 Nos of retro reflactive high intensity grade sheeting in white/red/yellow colours each size 100x75 mm bounded on it and delenator post covered with 60 cm long MS wire case fixed in ground with PCC bed of size 150x150x300 mm with PCC mix of 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F repair Plastic Speed Bump (size 500 mm x 350 mm) desigened so dynamically and compact that it can bear maximum load on it. It is made of PE plastic material. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrosonic welding process and then fixed on the speed bump so that dust and water can not touch the reflectors in side area and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long time and 04 Nos matalic bolts are used for insallation on road. Available in yellow and black colours to be installed as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Dark Eye, Road Star, Sun Eyes or equivalent.

S&F in repair for convex mirror for size 800 mm to 1000 mm dia made of PC material privided with suitable corrosion free MS pipes 75mm dia with necessary fixing arrangement including fix the mirror at necessary height as per site requirement, meant for road turning , intersections, curves, T juncitons and parking lots etc ideal for surveillance, have clear and definite mirror image, having 130 degree of viewing angle complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dark Eye, Road Star or equivalent

Taking down carefully solar stud / cat eye of any description complete all as specified and directed

Re-fixing of slolar stud / cat eye of any description fixing the same with and including adhesive or fixtures etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Serviceable material obtained under item No 8 shall be used under respective item.

S&F solar road stud aluminium alloy and poly corbonate 125x125x20mm 6 lead with steam including adhesive or fixtures etc complete all as specified and directed.
