Booster pumps for 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz Confirming to IS- 12469 :1988 With CI Casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz 36 m head, 450 LPM discharge with minimum pressure of 2.0 kg/sqcm along with starter panel all as specified and directed.(for sprinkler system)

Supply and fix 2 core 1.5 sqmm FRLS armoured copper cable as per IS:1554 to wall/ roof/ false ceiling/ floors with necessary clamps/ saddles all as specified and as directeed.

Supply and fix GI cable tray with cover for fixing XLPE cable from duty room to terrace for siren and at various places to accommodate the cables for MCPs, panel etc of size not less than 75x38 mm with necessary bends,angles,supports for fixing,etc all as specified and as directed

Cutting existing ring main of 150 mm dia for tapping and including insertion of 'Tee of 150x150x150 mm' without taking down, dewatering including all acessories as required etc for tapping of ring main all as specified and directed.

LIGHTING PROTECTION

Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of 32x 6 mm (up to 7.5m in length from earth plate) by means of brass bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of brass all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part 1 including Charcoal and rock salt with necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with CI Cover 10mm thick Hinged to CI frame with MS bar 6mm dia 150mm c/c reinforcement, watering funnel, 50 mm dia light grade pipe for protection of earth electrode and 20mm dia pipe for watering all as specified and directed and tested on completion.

WATER COOLERS

Supply and fix water cooler electric driven (single phase), having approx storage capacity of 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour with stainless steel body all as specified and directed.

Supply fix and testing of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 2.0 kVA all as specified and directed.

DG SET

Supply Instal and commissiong Silent engine generating set with accoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms 415 volts 82.5 KVA 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under IS 4722, BS 5514/ 2613 /5000 with and including the following:-

(i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due de-rating factors as per relevant ISI design

(ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations form Generator to the AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making good to disturbed surfaces so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed.

(A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 82.5 KVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be imposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally conform to BS - 2613/5000/ IS – 4722

C) AMF Panel :- Factory made inbuilt type control cubical made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof totally enclosed with front opening of 415 volts 3 -phase 4 - wire AC 50 Hz, including powder coated, copper bus bar of one and half times the rated load of 82.5 KVA alternator complete with internal wiring with PVC insulated single core copper conductor multi stranded wire of 1100 volts grade of suitable capacity, fuses, name plates consisting of 4 pole MCCBs and Contactors of capacity as recommended by the manufacturer. Detachable cable gland plates, all controls, indicators and standardstandard microprocessor based LED/LCD display for indicating voltage, current, frequency, speed, kW, kWH, pf, temperature, Battery voltage, etc

D) Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 82.5 KVA DG Set (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board

(iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows: a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick

c) Sound Insulation :- As per OEM Norms vi) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit

vii) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure the DG Set. viii) The fuel tank is to be located inside dg set

ix) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button x) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by LED Lamp fittings. xi) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions.

xii) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen set Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade

E) The coated rate includes excavation, removing of soft soil and PCC, Cement Concrete foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded aggregate of size not less than 4.6 x 2. 4 x 0.8 m for placing of DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Suply and plantation of Ashoka plants height of plant not less than 45cm above ground level including preparation of ground upto 60cm deep and filling of good earth, cow dung, vermi compost and watering etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and plantation of Palm tress including preparation of ground upto 30cm deep and filling of good earth, cow dung, vermi compost and watering etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of best quility loose (Sweet earth) for planatation complete as per gardening practice and all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of approved Manure (Cow dung) complete as per gardening practice and all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PHASE-II: COMPREHENSIVE MAINTANCE OF LIFT FIRST YEAR AFTER EXPIRY OF DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD.

PHASE-III:COMPREHENSIVE MAINTANCE OF LIFT SECOND YEAR AFTER EXPIRY OF DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD.

Note for SL No: 171.00 to 176.00:- Comprehensive maintenace consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of minor consumables like topping of gear oils/grease/door reollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performence once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes the above 03 nos Lifts

(ii) Preventive maintance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Paticular specifications and as recommned by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication Chart.

(iii) Breakdown maintance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical and control circuits and mechanical components of the lift that may occur diring the operation.

(iv) Fortnightly, quarterly maintaince registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor

(v) Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift for whose repairs were carriedout as and when directed by Engr -in-Charge.
