Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling mangalore pattern roofing tiles with ceiling tiles or slate roofing including ridges complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including grills, fittings & fixtures) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and refixing in the same opening as ordered after other repair works are carried out complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening as ordered after other repair works are carried out including easing and adjusting of shutter as required including renewal of unserviceable screws complete all as directed.

M&L for post construction Anti Termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for post construction Anti Termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) at the rate of 0.50 litres per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same to match with the existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops, coved fillets and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary formwork and scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked).

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases in brick/ stone wall, pinning in, making good to facing where required and plastering in CM 1:4 to ends of edges of landing, steps, cills, lintels etc and cutting chases not exceeding 10 cm girth for concealed water tubing and similar works and making good cutting as per its original specfication complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick/stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as required including making good as per its original specification without any extra cost, exc. half brick but not exc. one brick thick (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall).

M&L for Second class hard wood battens spaced at 30cm centre to centre, clean sawn, cross sectional area exceeding 15 sqcm but not exc 25 sqcm, including taking down old unserviceable/ decayed battens, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully existing serviceable second class hard wood battens of cross sectional area exceeding 15 sqcm but not exc 25 sqcm spaced at 30cm centre to centre, clean sawn, and re-fixing the same at old or new position spaced at 30cm centre to centre, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Second class hard wood kiln seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain framed panelled door shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle boards with commercial veneering on both face the size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 30 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton window shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edge of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (b), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 Kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity 850 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer -In- Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, steel ladders etc fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets and S&F new 6 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre board with frame work with screws fixed to false ceiling with and including MS powder coated (white) snap Grid of size 605x605 mm frame work using 24mm x 32mm x 0.7mm main ‘Tee’ runner to be interlocked, 24mm x 32mm x 0.70mm cross ‘Tee’ and 24mm x 32mm x 0.70mm angles fixed to wall for ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 4 mm dia GI wire (upto 3.5m long adjustable) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 24x7mm size 60mm long for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 1200mm centre to centre both way with PVC rawl plug with & including 6mm thick calcium silicate board as described fixing with clips etc. and ceiling board fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions, with & including painting the ceiling board with two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade over a coat of primer on ceiling with & including taking down existing electrical fittings/fixtures and wiring in ceiling and re-fixing the same to its original position or different locations, after completion of false ceiling work including testing on completion as ordered complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 53 here-in-above, but except sheeting. Note : Roofing sheets obtained serviceable from serial item No 6 here-in-above shall be used under this item.

S&F 0.63mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry including cutting holes through tiling for pipes and making good the disturbed surface to its original specification complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 56 here-in-above, but except roof tiles. Note : Roofing tiles obtained serviceable from serial item No 7 here-in-above shall be used under this item.

M&L for Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with bolted or welded attachment, including necessary welding etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality `A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for average 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course, floors, padding over roof, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 300mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Marble (best quality) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Marble over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet Black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work of walls mixed with WPC @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any number of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, rubbing down, stopping of distempered & Jet pressure washing and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. Notes : (i) The work shall be carried out only through specialised agency approved by GE. (ii) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps. (iii) Equivalent product of Fosroc / Dr. Fixit / Pidilite / Sika shall be allowed as per approval of GE.
