Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateforms and like including pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & incl 20 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab/rubbing, polishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no - 5 but as in skirting over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for heavy duty parking tiles non skid type (coloured) minimum 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm , in floors etc.set jointed in neat cement sluury and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & incl 20 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:6, including dismantling of floor hearth,wall tiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25 to 30mm thick (Glossy finished) with grey cement and pigment, including 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:6, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour ( Glossy finish), design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for pavement , path, floor etc,including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection Finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) including making joint at every 3 mtr interval and at corner and filled with mixture of bitumen and sand and finished even and fair and laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with Subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on brick wall/cement block wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, etc. all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers, 10 mm thick plaster in first coat and second coat of 5 mm thick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls / concrete surface etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as provided for Roof trusses, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based profile pattern steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section,Posts embedded in including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Concrete, brick work, masonry,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing including line wire any mesh size and any type of standard rails staining bolt etc including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire etc complete all as specified.

Cleaning of blocked floor/nahani trap of kitchen, bathroom, wash hand basin and gullly trap etc up to Ist manhole and disposal of waste materials to a distance n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up of existing covers of septic tank of any size and cleaning of same including dewatering and digging out sludge, mud state and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 m and n.exc 500 m where directed by the Engineer -in-Charge, cleaning of inlet and outlet pipes and placing the cover in position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes of any size and depth up to 2.00 mtrs under foul condition by removing MH covers, removing of accumulated liquid, sludge/sediments, transporting the fluid/sludge etc in covered containers and depositing the same out side the camp area/ defence land, cleaning of the manhole with fresh water, placing MH cover back in intact position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line (any bore) including affected manholes and disposal of waste materials / spoils upto a distance of 250 mtrs by any means (mechanical / manual) including washing out manhole and sewage line and disposal of waste / sludge in pits complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing individual blockage in IWC/EWC and removing sludge and foreign materials completely, neatly and making serviceble for free flow all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of vitreous china squatting Pan “Orissa” Pattern, of size 580mm x 440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provn of cement concrete bedding ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm , in floors etc.set jointed in neat cement sluury and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & incl 15 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:6, including dismantling of floor hearth,wall tiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of 15 mm bore Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of 15mm bore pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated,fancy type screwed down high pressure with or without lettered “HOT” or “COLD” with long screwed shanks and fly nutscomplete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of 15mm bore, 450mm long, PVC connections with brass unions internally threaded both ends complete fixed to iron pipe at both ends complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of CP fancy type angle valves,cast copper alloy, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in manhole covers and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggrgate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chajjas, water troughs mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT steel bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Note- 1. Application of Primer and emulsion to be carried out through roller mechanism/air less spray machine(mechanical means) 2. Wall care putty (if required at site before application of above painting in certain portion ) shall be done and same shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item No 52

Uprooting of vegetation growth from walls, roof chajja gutter cleaning the surface and making good holes with cement mortar (1:3) each hole not exceeding 0.10 Sqm rate include up to 2 stories all as specified and directed.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 34,800.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
