Earth work in Excavation including lead upto 30m &Lift upto 1.5m,Excluding mechanical compaction but including manual compaction and dresssing to profile. Complete as per direction of E/l.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 63mm to 45mm graded stone aggregate to Specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in unifirm thickness,hand packing,rolling with Three wheel s roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,stone screening/binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density Grading2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 53mm to 22.4mm graded stone aggregate to Specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with Three wheels roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,stone screening/binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density Grading3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS1) on prepared surface of Granualar Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm. Using manual means

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat .

Providing and laying Seal Coat Type-C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified levels,grades and cross falls as per MORD technical specification clause 510
