Supply, errect, test and commissioning LT panel out door type, slanting top, from CPRI type tested approved manufacturer fabricated, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, air vent gasket for natural air flow including removal cable entry gland plate, power coated 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 pole, 50 cycles outdoor type weather proof made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, seperated chamber will be made with 3.15 mm thick CRCA for each switch gear and bus bar with MS Chanel base frame of size 75mmx75mmx6mm, hinged door, double locking arrangement with 'U' shape gasket on on door panel with aluminium bus bar 800 Amps capacity insulated, fixed with epoxy based Digital ammeter 0-800 amps, with CTs, Digital voltmeter 0-800 volts , LED indicating lamp with Kit-Kat control fuses for RYB installed and including on PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as per OEM drawing size of foundation minimum 60cm from normal ground level comprising the following:- size - approx (1.5 x 1x 0.5Mtr) (i) Incoming (Main) :- One numbers MCCB 400 amp, 4 pole, Ics 50 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz Make Legrand Outgoing:- (i) Two Numbers MCCB 250 amp, 4 pole, Ics 16 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz Make Legrand. (ii) Two Numbers MCCB 200 amp, 4 pole, Ics 16 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz Make Legrand. (iii) Two Numbers MCCB 100 amp, 4 pole, Ics 16 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz Make Legrand. (iv) One Number of 24 Hours Nature timer switch

M&L for feeder pillar bus bar panel outdoor type, double door, both side openable, locking arrangement, kiosk type, powder coated, 3.00mm thick MS sheet water proof hinged, having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 400 Amp duly colour coded mounted on porcelain insulator, with provn of 06 Nos outgoings including MCCB 250 Amps, 4 pole, 36 kA,= 01 No, LED indicator (RYB), 08 Nos, holes in bottom for inlet and outlet cable with suitable size of cable gland and mild steel stand for mounting of panel board made of angle iron of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm, 1.05 metre high (450mm below ground level and 600mm above ground) along with necessary cement concrete for grouting of panel stand and connecting the panel with earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) Feeder pillar box shall be got fabricated from CPRI approved and shall be from approved list of manufaturer only (b) Electric connection between MCCB and Busbar shall be with aluminium strip links duly colour coded. (c) MCCB shall be of Make-Havells/Legrand/ABB/C&S/L&T

Material and labour for servicing, repairing and welding to out door LT Panel / LT Feeder Piller box by (i) Cleaning with blower, (ii) Cleaning with CTC/Petrol (iii) Replacement of damaged copper/aluminium lugs (iv) Replacement of deteriorated copper wiring with existing sizes of cable (v) Cleaning and tightening of MCCB terminals (vi) Replacement and fixing of sheared rubber beadings (vii) Rectifying of loose connections of incoming and outgoing cables (viii) Painting two coat of smoke gray colour over one coat of primer and black paint on base channel after rubing with emery paper and making smooth finishes by using spray machine inclusive of writing SM / MES No / name of feeders etc. (not exceeding of height 5 cm each) (ix) Providing of door locking arrangement with of sliding bolts on panel door (x) Proper welding of Panel door/roof as required (xi) Connecting / cleaning of earth wire /earth strip (x) Two coat of white distemper on foundation.

Labour for laying of existing cable , of any size aluminimum armoured type from existing overhead complete all as directed.

Taking down old rusted galvanized iron pipe including supply & Fix galvanized pipe 100 mm bore light grade in trenches / road / nallah or fixed along wall/ pole including mild steel clamps, screws etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no-4 above but of size 80 mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no-4 above but of size 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no-4 above but of size 32 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of LT UG cable of size 3.5 core 185 sq.mm , XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), cable protection HDPE pipe, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

Supply, laying and testing of LT UG cable of size 3.5 core 150 sq.mm , XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), cable protection HDPE pipe, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'.
